For me it's worked exactly as advertised. Have been using for about a year now.

I was hoping to not leave my desk to join the other lemmings waiting in the line to get a mid-morning lift. If it was possible to save both time and dough by chugging back a RuckPack, I was in. Unfortunately, it seems I keep myself caffeinated at such a high level that the amount in one of these handy little bottles isn't sufficient. Two'll do-er, for sure, but then the price of two costs more than my regular morning triple shot, so, I'll be back to waiting in the line once I finish off this little case. I do love the opportunities the company creators are providing to our folks in service and wish them much success. If there's an Extra, Extra Strength version in the future, I'll give it another go (but, RuckPack, if you do, please experiment with the flavors. Perhaps a mocha?).

This doesn't do anything, waste of money

It gave me the same boosted feeling (2-stars), however, the taste is horrifying. Maybe diluted into a 4000 gallon tank of water might soften the instant regret you feel from drinking this. You are forced to treat it like a shot of Costco bottom shelf tequila and have a lot of chasers to kill the taste. Stick with 5-hour, at least they seem to taste their own product before releasing it to the masses...this is like a test if manhood, strongest is the kast to pass out from taste shock.

Helps with energy some, but not near what I had hoped. This citrus taste awful so I mix it into Tangor OJ. I gave it a 4 star because it is expensive and for the price dont feel it performed well enough.

This really works for me. Stopped my 5 A.M. coffee and tried this for an early morning energy shot. Taste isn't so bad and you get used to it. Gives me a better muscle boost you don't get with a cup of coffee caffeine. Been using it for months now and still works.

LOVE. I usually only drink a half before a workout, otherwise I'm an insane person, but It really works - energy + mental focus = kick ass workout. The taste is a little intense/sour - not awful, but not great. BUT, its only a small shot, so its not a huge deal. Definitely re-ordering soon.
