Not Just for Tea Kettles!
This Trivet is both decorative and versatile. I bought it to use with my cast iron tea kettles, but it is so attractive that I leave it on the counter near the cooktop to place hot pans, skillets on. It's small size makes it easy to leave out! But the BEST thing was the PRICE!

Sturdy
Sturdy trivet but not so large that it is obtrusive when not in use. When I am not using itfor my tea kettle, I place my 3 wick candles on it. Looks very nice. The lid holder "fork"that comes with it...will forever be in my junk drawer, don't see a need for it, just a clumsyutensil.
