This desk arrived broken. It was a Christmas present for my daughter so there was no time to send it back. Thankfully, My husband was able to fix it with some bonding glue. The desk is way over priced!! With that being said, my 7 year old daughter loves it. So I gave it 3 stars.

This desk is perfect for my 8 year old! It’s solid and clearly well made which is necessary with 2 boys! The quality is much better than other online desks we’ve bought this year for us work-from-home parents. It was really easy to assemble, clear instructions and simple enough for just me to do alone. I love the size. It fits my son perfectly and with long days ahead of remote learning his feet wont be dangling and Chromebook will be eye level. I like all the storage shelves and he loves the cork board - very nice touch! I also love the matching wood chair that comes with it! The finish is a lovely grey color, very smooth with no chips or dings. We are super pleased with this purchase and expect it to last a long time!

I first bought a KidKraft desk as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. After three pieces broke during assembly I ended up just sending it back. In summary, it was mostly low quality particle board assembled with very low grade fasteners. As an replacement I bought this Martha Stewart Guide Craft desk that cost about $50 more. The difference was night and day. The Guide Craft assembled easily, was made with much higher quality materials, had excellent fasteners and a better, more durable finish. Very nice desk for the money. Heads and shoulders nicer than the KidKraft.

This desk is for my nearly 6 year old grandson….he was so excited when it was put together. It is a quality piece, that should last many years…looks good and sturdy enough for that age group….All the pieces were there, screws in little bags….the parts were labeled, easy enough to figure out the directions drawing…..

I bought this as a birthday gift in white for a 6 year old girl and she loves it. Her parents said it was easy to assemble and it fits into a smaller space - but still has plenty of room to work on. She really likes being able to pin up her artwork on the cork board on the hutch.

The Martha Stewart desk was a Christmas gift for my petite six-year-old granddaughter. My son had no problem putting the desk together and it looks great in her room. My granddaughter LOVES her new desk, and she will be able to use it for years to come. Grandma gets a five-plus-rating for a great choice.

The desk arrived with the box intact but with a major support piece sheared off the desk top and missing in addition to several other scratches on many pieces. Still trying to get my money back. Shoddy product and terrible customer service. Do not buy!
