Nice boot but not quite a good fit
So I saw these and knew I needed them. Well ok wanted them.I went out to a local store and priced other Skechers boots as well as tried some on to get the feel of their sizing. They had similar styles but not this boot and no where near this price My regular Shoe size is 7 1/2 to 8 depending on the maker. With Skechers I found all their bootes to be a good fit at size 8. I fit perfect with a little bit of room to spare in all the size 8's I tried. So figuring I would want extra socks for winter, I tried on size 8 1/2 to be sure I'd have enough space with comfort.Having done all this research I ordered these boots based on my "educated" experience. Since I had tried on so many Skechers boots in 3 separate stores, I felt confident in my decision to order size 8 1/2.I can say without any doubt that these boots here do NOT have the same sizing that I Skechers in the stores have. I received these and tried them on with my winter socks. To my dismay they are extremely tight and pinch painfully on the side of the left foot. My bigger foot ( we all have one) is my right. So I was very disappointed with the first boot on being so painful. I barely got the right on. I switched to a pair of summer thin cotton ankle socks and the result wasn't much better. Still very tight. So if you normally wear a 7 1/2 go up a full size because these definitely run smaller than Skechers in the stores. As for the boot itself, very attractive and snazzy. Love the feel of the materials and they do seem they would be warm enough to wear without winter socks. I am a bit concerned about the soles. The heals are slick and smooth, the treat on the ball of the foot not very good for walking on slippery surfaces.I'd say if you're going for looks over comfort and safety, these are a good choice.

Boots
They are nice looking but do not keep your feet warm.

Sizing is way off
I loved these boots the first time I saw them as a promotion from Amazon. Normally priced much higher, they were selling, for one day only, @ $39.99 and as is Amazon's policy, the shipping was free because my purchase was greater than $25.00. I was so excited when they arrived, but much to my dismay, they were too big (I ordered them in Size 7, my normal boot size). I guess Sketchers run large. But I really wanted them. I called Amazon and told them I would like to return the 7's, order them in a 6.5, and since I paid only 39.99 for the first pair, could I please pay the same price for my re-order in Size 6.5. Without hesitation, the Amazon Rep agreed, even though the boot had gone back up in price. So now I eagerly await the arrival of the smaller size and hope they fit. Amazon emailed me a return label so my Size 7 return is going back without any cost to me. The boot is light in weight, but that is for what I was looking. The top of the boot is wide, so it looks great with leggings. I want to thank Amazon for their cooperation, assistance, and courtesy during this entire transaction.

Stylish & comfortable at a good price
I have a wide size 8.5 foot and got these in an 8.5M. They fit a bit loosely with room in the toebox - will work great with heavier winter socks but they aren't sliding around on me as I wear "regular" cotton socks either. I currently am wearing them a second time this week and have gotten a bunch of compliments on them.If you are familiar with ropers, the foot part of the boot fits similarly (though a bit looser). The toe area has a bit of round but isn't too juvenile. It also isn't pointy. I don't think someone with bunions could make these work, but a narrow foot could probably do all right with enough sock thickness. The shaft is slouchy but doesn't gape. The belting is decorative and not really meant for adjustment. These are synthetic but suede-looking, not shiny. I like this feature, as I live in a somewhat wet environment and real suede just wouldn't survive the fall or winter well. I think these will hold up to wet pavement, drizzle, and even shuffling through light snow. The shaft comes up about midway between my ankle and the base of my calf, which is a nice height. It could even be a little taller, but it made wearing these boots with slacks easier, and today I'm wearing them with tights and a skirt. Versatile and cute, and possibly could accommodate a light insole for extra support (these don't have much arch support out of the box).

awesome boots
I was looking for a low cut boot/bootie just this color and I have to say I was a little skeptical at first. I'm 24 and was worried that a product from sketchers would be poorly made or look too...teenager. I adore these boots and they look exactly as pictured, going about three inches above my ankle. The only reason I gave it four stars is because I am usually a ten but they were a tiny bit loose in my tosey area; I could have sized down to a 9.5. Of course, I did try them on with thin ankle socks and since I live in New England chances are I will be wearing thicker socks as the weather changes. They seem durable enough, which is good for the price [most sites had the wrong color or were selling booties in the sixty dollar range]. I won't know until I start to break them in, but I recommend them. I plan to wear them with leggings or a cute dress but for now I am going to try to rock them with jean shorts.

Nice boots - comfy but a step up from casual
I was looking for a comfortable boot that I could traipse around campus in but was a little more dressy than my normal fake Uggs, so I could go straight from school to work. These fit the bill, although I wasn't sure they were going to at first.I'm not sure why all these people are saying they run large. I am a 9.5 or 10, I got the 10, and my toes were squeezed at first. I don't have wide feet, but they kept rubbing against my pinky toes. Not badly enough for me to stop wearing them, but it was slightly uncomfortable. But after wearing them probably close to 10 times, that has gone away and they are pretty much exactly what I was looking for.I really like the slight heel - I usually prefer flat boots, but you hardly notice the heel on this one, it doesn't have a slick tread, and it adds to that slightly less casual feel.

Very comfy boots! My only gripe is that one of the decorative buckles came off but it's nothing that can't be easily fixed with some a needle and thread.

Lovely colour boots but would benefit from a comfy insole. I've added my own. These are a true size but seem wide fitting.

So comfortable, more of a suedette material than leather. The fit is slightly large but I didn't mind

Very comfortable
I usually struggle to find boots that fit as I have a high instep. Either I can't get them on or if I can then my feet swim about. These are just perfect for me as I could adjust the buckle and get them on and they still fit. I even wore them all day dirst time with no problems. Love them!
