Holy cow.
I have had this camera for 24 hours. I can't put it down. Amazing quality and absolutely impressive zoom! I am a picky consumer, especially with cameras and this one has exceeded my expectations. I downloaded the canon camera connect app and can download the pics from the camera to my phone with one click and the remote shooting is out of this world!! I'm in no way a professional photographer but take a look at these pics! Zinnnnnng!

Items missing from camera package
This camera package was purchased as a gift. It seems to be a good quality camera so far, but some of the items listed in the package where wrong or did not even come with the camera. First the case that came with the camera does not fit it, it is a case to fit a camcorder. The small tripod that was listed in the description was also not in the package. AC/DC adaptor was also missing. Three items wrong or missing. Be careful of this seller. They seem to not take the upmost quality in the items they are selling.

I was looking for a light weight, beginners camera for professional looking photos. This is exactly what I wanted. It takes great pictures and was so easy to set up to wifi! I downloaded the canon app on my phone to access all my photos without having to download them on a computer first.

Great Camera and money saving bundle.
I purchased this camera as a Christmas present to myself. I want to learn and explore photography so I can capture memories of my kids. This bundle/camera are so great for me (especially just learning). The bundle included everything shown and the bag is great for storing the camera and for on the go. My goal is to learn how to shoot in manual mode but for now, the photos I take in auto are great! I love this purchase!! I can not wait until warmer weather to get out and use it more. I have yet to use the tripods but I'm excited to give them a try eventually. Great value for the $. The camera was in great and new condition also.Also, I saw reviews about the bag not being big enough? I didn't have any issues with it fitting at all.

I love this camera.
Years ago I was a wildlife photographer back in the 35mm SLR days, but went digital in the late 90's, so I carried a Nikon pocket camera for years for convenience, always had it with me. But was never happy with the 5x telephoto to take wildlife photos. I bought this Canon because of customer reviews, low price, telephoto ability. I love it. It has an excellent telephoto and clarity is awesome. The Quail is over 80 feet away. The Turtle is over 100 yards away across a small lake. That's the rock in the upper center of 3rd photo turtle was laying on. Gives idea of distance. The Bullock's Oriole is 20 feet away through a window. Great bridge camera at a low price. No lens to change. It goes up to 1200 mm (65X), but you have to use a tripod or rest at the highest power. Recommend buying an extra battery, so you always have a fully charged battery available. Lots of extra features and accessories that just about covers any situation. Highly recommend this for beginner or intermediate photographers. It's not a pocket camera, but it's light weight and not as big or as heavy as my 35mm SLR Pentax and it's 4 different lens, so the Canon SX530 is my new favorite camera... :-)

It is an awesome little camera
I bought this camera to take to France because I wanted something lightweight. It is an awesome little camera. Does nearly everything my big SLR can do. Good telescopic lens and image stabilization. I m extremely pleased and have recommended it to others.

Meh
Good photos, but consistently has a “memory card error”. Even after I reformatted the card that came with the camera. Makes it frustrating when you see a shot, turn the camera on and can’t shoot.Update: they sent me a new memory card, insisting that the memory card was the problem, and I’m having the same issue months later. Wish I never bought this camera.

Great point and shoot camera
Great point and shoot camera. Kit came with all sorts of goodies that are very useful. The case fits the camera nicely with room in the zippered pocket for the charger, extra battery and extra SD cards. Great buy!
