Nice cookbook
Nice cookbook. I was just hoping for more recipes with specific instruction using a Kitchenaid stand mixer - speeds, attachments, etc. There are some recipes that include stand mixer instructions, but not many. Other than that, I'm satisfied. The recipes look good. I gave this to my daughter as a gift. Nice photos which always help!

A Disappointment...
I have always loved my "Betty Crocker" cookbook and anticipated this to be the "Kitchenaid" equivalent. After purchasing the "Mixer Bible" (great book), I thought, here is a cookbook in a binder (hoping that as kitchenaid created more attachments, that they would release pages of recipes to be added to the binder that would utilize the new attachments. Would you believe that the Vegetable Sheet Cutter and Spiralizer are not even mentioned in the recipes or anywhere else in this book!Sadly, this cookbook has good recipes, but they never reference Kitchenaid! For example, if a recipe calls for a type of sausage or bread, instead of referencing (and supplying) the recipe elsewhere in the cookbook and what attachments will be needed, they expect you to use store bought! In fact, I have not seen a recipe yet that even mentions Kitchenaid or its attachments! I don't know why it has Kitchenaid in the title. Would you believe that the section entitled "Pasta" is just recipes using pasta, not recipes for the different types of pasta! And of course, no section or recipes for sausage or how to make it! The section labeled Breads is comprised of 17 recipes for coffee bread, soft pretzels, stollen and banana bread etc... There is virtually no cross referencing of ingredients or recipes in the index at the back of the book.I purchased the "Mixer Bible" first and have been spoiled. The "Mixer Bible" has a section in the front showing the different attachments and how to assemble and use them. Each recipe lists at the top of the page, what attachments to use, and has the recipes for the type of sausage or bread listed in the recipe elsewhere in the book. The only plus side of this cookbook are the delicious recipes. However, I have to go back and forth to the other recipe book for the recipes to the store bought items listed in this book if I want to provide my family with wholesome foods without all the chemical additives and to use foods from my own garden.I read reviews where this cookbook was given as a gift, what's the recipient going to say other than they love it. Sorry.I hope that this review has been helpful.

Not For me !!
I bought this book to use with my very expensive KitchAid mixer, and aside from a few pasta recipes, this is a 400 recipes that don't require me to use the mixer. It is also 400 recipes of things I doubt I would cook. A lot of fancy terms and spices and fancy cheeses that I wouldn't even know where to buy them from.I am very disappointed.

Wouldn't recommend to UK or EU
I was looking for a recipe book for my new Kitchenaid mixer, and judging by the title thought this would be good. I particularly wanted recipes for bread making and saw that these were included. However, on its arrival I found that the 'loaves' and 'bread' it referred to were actually CAKES of various types. There was only one proper bread recipe in it. The other really poor thing about the book is that ALL the measurements are in 'cups' with no conversion. No ounces, lbs or even metric. Clearly a book for the American market which shouldn't be sold to UK or European customers unless this fact is made clear. Other retailers give the option to "Look Inside" and if this had been the case I wouldn't have bought it.The other really annoying thing was that it cost me over £30 to return it due to weight, but I was only refunded £8 postage.

Beware: not recipes for using Kitchen Aid mixer.
I have just received this book which is not at all what I was expecting. I wanted a recipe book to enable me to get the most from my new KtchenAid mixer. This is not what this book does. Firstly, the majority of the recipes have nothing to do with using a KitchenAid and secondly, it's an American book using cups as measurements and American ingredients. It is not designed for use in UK. Where does one buy "grits" in Oxfordshire? This is just an example for illustration.I fear this purchase has been an expensive mistake. It arrived shrink wrapped and I had to remove the wrapping to look inside so I expect I can't return it. Also, it is extremely heavy so postage costs would be elevated. Please don't buy this if you want a book with recipes using your Kichen Aid.
