NRP 12-14cup Permanent Coffee Filter Screen Bottom Basket Replacement for Filter Coffeemaker with Large Brew Section

We had a lot of problems with grounds getting in the coffee, no matter what filters were used. I saw where someone said taller ones were needed for the pots that make 12 cups. I got one of these several months ago and we have not had one problem since. I'm going to order a 2nd one as a back up so when one is being washed, the other one can be used.

This is my 2nd replacement for my Kitchen Aid coffee maker. I love this filter, it cleans easy and we never get grounds in the pot. I like to replace every couple of years even if there isn't anything wrong with it, it just gets discolored and I'm picky :)

My coffeemaker (Hamilton Beach single/pot) spills grounds over the top of the filter when I use most paper filters. Most paper filter sellers don't tell you how tall the filters are. This filter drains fast enough that it doesn't lift grounds over the top. Thank you.

The paper filter sometimes folds down and allows the water to flow through the basket without brewing. When we use this filter basket it serves as a backup and completely solves the problem. The screen also results in a good cup of coffee.

This fits my Kitchenaid coffee maker perfectly. Love the fact that when one is dirty, I have another one clean to use. Thinking about buying another one as I live alone and don't run the dishwasher very often.

It is a very nice permanent filter. I am using it with a Black & Decker thermal coffee maker (CM-2046S). It fits the filter basket very nicely. It has a mesh floor unlike some other permanent filters which have plastic floors. So the brewed coffee never overflows from the basket. It is easy to clean. The only bad thing about this filter is the flimsy handle. I can't comment on the durability of this filter. Will update, if any issues. So far, I am happy with this purchase.

It's sad that all the paper filter makers that call their filters 8-12 cup are really just 8 cup. How cheap can you be? Make 12 cups of coffe with one of their filters and guaranteed the grinds overflow. This tall 12 cup permanent filter solves all of that. If you have the same problem, buy this filter. Quality is good and I expect it will last for years.

I tried 2 other permanent filters, but there weren't tall enough to cover the whole basket despite saying they fit Black & Decker 12 cup models. Grinds would overflow the basket and get into the pot.This basket fits perfectly ... Black & Decker should be including one because Amazon was the only place I could find it.Arrived on time!

I purchased the tall version for my basic 12 cup Black & Decker coffee maker. It fits perfectly and works well. Definitely a money saver. Recommended.
