Whilst many blood pressure monitors seem the same I was drawn to this one as the company has a few that are listed on 'uk clinical sites as approved' whilst this one was not specifically mentioned I took a punt; and I'm glad I did. Previous monitors I've had could tend to wrap around and get caught whilst inflating leading to it not turn off the pressure. This one is spot on. The first part of the cuff is pre bent and rigid which enables you to easily fit it with one hand, I'm not sure why they don't make this a big selling point as it makes fitment a doddle.The large simple to use screen is easy to read with or eithout glasses and a clear understandable voice says the readings for you. If you miss it they are stored for easy recall.Can be used with batteries or powered by the supplied charger so no excuses not to take your BP regularly. A small handy travel pouch is also included.Simple to use, accurate and good sturdy quality. This has all the functionality I needed and then some, at a reasonable cost.

This is our second blood pressure machine. The one hubby uses won't fit my fat arms so we bought this. It's nicely packaged and runs off batteries (4xaa, included) or mains. The display is bright and clear and the voice is loud enough that you can hear what is said. Nice to have a memory that can cope with 2 different people so you keep your readings separate. Easy to use out of the box and reasonably priced

Easy to use and solid product

I got this because of the larger cuff which has been pretty amazing. It will also work over a thin layer of clothing which is helpful to take a quick middle of the day reading.The readout is easy to see on the yellow background and all the other indicators are easy to understand.The only downside is the voice that can’t be switched off. It starts with a message that sounds like “murdering don’t move or spit” and then announces my results. I don’t really want to share those results with everyone around me.I would buy again if I could turn off the voice.

I have tried a few blood pressure machines. None of which have been consistently accurate. This machine has been by far the best I have tried. Very consistent, very accurate, very easy to use. One thing I did notice when reading the reviews on this machine was that it had an annoying Asian accent. This is actually true, but you can turn it off on set up, so what does it matter, this does not change the quality of this machine. The cuff is also excellent quality and very comfortable. Excellent value for money.

I had to buy a blood pressure monitor because my blood pressure was extremely high. I have to take medicine and measure it according to the doctor's advice. So I don't have much experience with blood pressure monitors.So far I don't know how accurate the measured data is.. I will measure it with the doctor next time and compare.But I know that it is very easy to use. Press and hold the Start and Memory buttons for a few seconds to open the settings menu. Date, time, turn speech on and off, set volume and mmHg/kPa unit.The cuff is weird. One half is bent like an arm and rigid. But you can get used to it quickly. I wouldn't say that it would be more comfortable during operation.I really like that the display shows an icon if the cuff is not properly on the arm. In such cases, the process must be stopped and should be corrected. If the cuff is too loose, it stops by itself with error code 7.I like that when I look at the memory, it immediately shows the average of the last three values.I have the sound at volume 1. I'm sure I'll turn it off after a while, but for now it's a novelty :)So far I am completely satisfied.Maybe I should add that the cuff size is not extra large as stated in the title, but large. The extra large cuff size is 17.7-20.5 (45-52cm).Update:I went to a pharmacy where they take blood pressure. They took three measurement (the first measurement after 5 minutes of rest, 3-4 minutes of rest between measurements). The systolic blood pressure was 18 mm Hg higher and the diastolic 10 mm Hg higher than the pharmacy's blood pressure monitor.1 week later at the GP, a doctor measured it with an Omron blood pressure monitor. Systolic blood pressure was 16 mm Hg higher and diastolic 12 mm Hg higher than the GP's Omron blood pressure monitor.

Good quality item, seems accurate, really is useful to keep handy for measuring, display is big and bold too
