I’ve been into weightlifting all my life and I’m currently 32. I can definitely tell you I cannot do the same heavy weights I was doing 10-13 years ago without feeling aches and pains. My knees were definitely suffering from aches and pains when I was doing squats, deadlifts, lunges and other workouts.I’ve tried various compression knee braces and a majority of the time i did not like most brands because they did not provide the proper tightness/support I wanted. These wraps are great because you can wrap them as loose or as tight as you want - and you can choose how much distance along your leg you want to use for stability and support.I can definitely say I’ve went back into my heavy lifting and these have helped reduce my pain significantly to the point where it’s non-existent most of the time. Not to mention - i can handle more weight and i don’t have the same lingering pains like i did before using these.I highly recommend giving these a try although I wouldn’t recommend them for running.

These are great and work better than expected. Plenty of length to wrap the knee... top of the calf to lower portion of the quads. These are quality...wide, thick and heavy duty. I used to use wraps back in the day when I lifted heavy, now I need to support aging knees for barbell squats. After the very first use, my problematic knee had none of the usual post workout meniscus pain that I usually experience (Old meniscus tear). Other reviews have mentioned that the velcro closure is a pain... this isn't true whatsoever, you just have to roll them up in the correct orientation, duh.

Bought in green and another set in grey. Like them and are good quality decent fabric overall. I use as a wrap for chronic edema and compression treatment. I had to add more velcro because the veclro doesn't always come out at the right strike zone so I added more velcro which I have lots of because I've been sewing for over 50 years. Lots of outdoor fabrics and coated nylons and pack cloth and hardware. I thought green is a good color and grey even better so I have choice of color if it matters. Green if riding a bike in traffic definitely better choice. But I prefer non bold colors like the grey day in day out. I'm only writing one review even though the grey set comes up asking for a review too. May these work for you for what ever you need them for. We all have a variety of individual needs that they may help not just knee wraps for weight lifting.

These wraps are the first that I've ever purchased. Despite much skepticism and desire to not fall for the "hype" I decided to by them. Due to the knee pain and wobbly knees while squatting and deadlifting I knew I needed knee support for heavier lifts. To my surprise, not only do they wrap tight. There is also Velcro at the ends of the wraps to keep from having to tuck them under previous wraps. Blue is my favorite color so I got the turquoise ones instead of the flamboyant blue ones. The price is perfect and the product quality is excellent. If you are serious about squatting heavier weight with greater support and stability look no further. Buy them and use them correctly and you will not be disappointed!

Initial thoughts.Nice package. Comes in a drawstring bag.Will probably lose that.Now the quality.Very thick. Seems very supportive.I currently use bandages under a meuller knee braces which is good but clunky.These are easier to put on for sure.Supports a deep squatThey can be restrictive though. That was used error though.I put them on too tight and didn't realize my legs below the knee feel asleep 😅.Willndona week of insanity and report back if anything needs to be edited otherwise,Good product.I may get another pair for my elbows.

Rugged double thickness, great Velcro and a carrying bag.

I bought this because i thought it was more of a knee brace with adjustable velcro. Unfortunately it was more of a long wrap, and i mean really long. I could have made pants out of it. I'm not sure if the pictures they show do it justice but its just a long strap almost like a belt. I'm on my feet all day and my knees are starting to give me issues this really wouldn't do the job for helping with that.I have since returned it and purchased something else. It did come in a nice case that held both wraps, so that's a plus.

The length is sufficient for wrapping for a knee support during squat. It served the suppose only con is the thickness on my leg which i need to adjust it evenly not like a sleeve.

Less then a month of use…. I want the seller to contact me this is a robbery if he just takes my money.
