Broadway BW155 Blue 270mm Convex Mirror with Black Frame

I read many reviews about this clamp on mirror and was frankly concerned with some of the comments. To my delight I have found that it works perfectly in my 2010 Prius! This mirror has a very slight convex shape which allows me to see both the left and right rear views of my vehicle, supplementing the views offered by the side mirrors. The mirror has a slight bluish tint which is no problem. Although I can no longer flip up the mirror for night use that is not a problem because this mirror does not seem to produce the glare of following headlights that would be there in the factory mirror without flipping up. The mirror snaps on to the factory installed mirror easily and has no vibration or distortion.All in all, this is a great enhancement for vision of my rear blind spots in heavy city traffic.

Nothing wrong with this mirror. My concern was this mirror being flat. Looking at the pic example it led me to believed this style was flat. Not curved. Read the description. N didn’t see any info being curved. So I’m assuming n going by the pics this style was flat. Beside that this item looks n feels well made. The blue tint is best so less glare n shine from other car headlights. I would def. recommend this item if u looking to at some seeing view specially if I have kids back seats.

I received my Broadway 270mm blue convex rear view mirror clip-on yesterday and absolutely love it.The first thing I noticed was how well-made it is; the springs are solid. There were cheaper brands available, but the reviews made clear those units don't last long. I paid a little extra for the trusted quality brand name.I originally wanted the 300mm version, but I measured the distance between my sun visors (I drive a Honda S2000) and it would be too big. I needed to retain functionality of those for my sunshade. The 270mm ended up being barely just perfect. Measure before you buy. S2K owners can get away with 270 but if you want to be safe, go with the 240mm.The convex shape makes visibility a little weird but I can see more and got used to it right away. YMMV. The blue tint helps with glare, but with the rear tint, it may be overkill.Anyway, I love the extra visibility, even if it means seeing more of nothing when the top is up 😜

I LOVE THIS!!! it took about an hour of traffic with this to get used to BUT THIS MIRROW IS AWESOME!! It covers ALL my blindspots and it looks killer!! Also this saves me from excessive shoulder checking ( I still do, due to good driving habit) I need to buy this mirror for all the Tenneessee drivers as they seem to say a lot of "I didn't see you in my blindspot" no shoulder looking drivers. I would recommend the largest they offer as this was a a tiny bit small for me but still perfect for blind spots. My kids lovem as they can see me and I can see them in full view!!

Mirror looks great and really opens up the back of your car. The blue coating also reduces glare by at least half. Only reason for the 4 star rating is the description says convex but the mirror is basically flat. As a result, the blind spot benefits I was looking for haven't materialized.I have a 16 Accord so it may be differ in your vehicle.

Very nice. Stays on even though I have a thick "auto dimming" mirror. Does not interfere with the visors in my 2017 Civic. Cars don't appear that much further away than in the regular mirror.

The blue tint really helps to cut down on glare at night. The convex takes a while getting used to, especially how everything looks further away. However, the extra field of view is very useful and I am able to better adjust my side mirrors to eliminate any blind spots.Install on my 2015 Scion FRS was easy (took 5 seconds), and the 270mm size clears my sun visors with space to spare. In retrospect, I should have purchased the 300mm size.

Bセグのコンパクトカーで270mmを使用しています。今までは同社の平面鏡を使っていましたが、代車の軽にこれがついていて視野の広さと距離感の自然さに驚いて購入しました。後方全面が映る角度に調整して、白バイが潜るような普通なら死角となって目視が必要な左後ろが全部見えます。左後ろドアの窓も、Cピラーの後ろも全てです。2シーターのオープンカーの場合ですと、ちょうど真ん中にしておくと、後方はもちろん自分含め自分の外側も、助手席の人も助手席の外側も全部映りますのでめちゃくちゃ重宝します。無論、安全運転で念のため目視確認も行いますがほぼ不要といっていいぐらいです。夜の暗さは普通のミラーよりは若干暗いものの、当然問題なく見えますし、後続車の（たとえば光軸の狂ったミニバン等）ヘッドライトが眩しくないという点で、手動で防眩ミラーに変えたり、センサーがいまいちの自動防眩ミラーより優ります。他には後続車両との距離感が平面鏡よりむしろ自然で掴みやすいです。車を入れ替えてもこれだけは変わらず使い続けるつもりです。

鏡面に文字のないSEIWAを20年以上使用。重いとビビるので軽いのを探して旧型に決定。今だに文字があるのが不満、邪魔なだけです。夜・雨の日はクローム並みに見にくいです。300rより画角が狭い1500ｒなのでサイドミラーと距離感が一緒です。余裕のない270より300がおすすめ。他社のアルミに買い替え予定、車は86。
