Water Collecting Issue
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I love everything about this product except the water collecting on top of cover near the twin nozzle after using sudden amount of times.I have to wipe off each time after used.I don't know if this is normal or I got the defective product. I might have to return it or exchange.Other than that product works fine and I'm totally recommend it.

Nearly silent, even dispersing mist enlivens household occupants as well as plants
After purchasing a Winix HEPA Air Purifier, enjoying its form, melody, energy-efficiency, effectiveness, and function; and buying several more at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic in the USA, and recommending to many friends and family, I decided to upgrade my humidifier to Winix as well. The mist output is either cool or warm, similar to barely warmed water, compared to larger aerosols bubbling out of a boiling teapot. This mist disperses evenly throughout the room or rooms, and the action itself is nearly silent even on higher output levels. Humidity levels can be set starting at 40% RH, run continuously, or for a specific time period, with illuminated glow of different intensities, or with all of the illumination off for nighttime sleep. The display is well-thought out and intuitive, with a nice gentle button touch and affirming sound, similar to their air purifiers. This humidifier is a nice addition to any children's room, bedroom, or living room; especially during dry winter months in northern climates, and will help to more quickly drop and degrade any foreign pathogens, as documented by countless medical studies, expelled out of a sick person's respiratory system; in addition to preventing chapped skin, dry throats, and wilting house plants.Made in Korea by a quality manufacturer. Good health!

nice but needs some changes
it is a nice unit but a couple of flaws do to the design.1. you put this unit in a corner of a room the wall gets a little damp do to the 2 holes in the nozzle on top even if you are follow what they say to space it from the wall.2. the angle of the nozzle is on a slight very slight angle you can watch the mist go up and come back down right on the machine. this cause the humidity sensor to show you got more humidity than you do and the machine shuts down until it calls for it again witch is less than a 15 seconds to a minute. all they would have to do is change the nozzle design put a nozzle on it that can shoot it out at a 45 to 60 degree angle and only have one nozzle or keep the 2 but put them on the same side make them adjustable

Very nicely made, but nozzle makes mist go straight out and right down to floor
I really like the design, function, and overall quality, but I am very disappointed since I bought this to replace a little 1.5 L unit we were keeping near the family bed to keep us from getting too dry at night. The original, little unit directs a mist that aims at 45 degrees and makes it to all of us on a king-size bed. This new unit holds more water, is more adjustable, but the mist simply goes about 1.5 ft and goes to the floor. The floor gets wet, and my daughter and I wake up with dry noses on the other side of the bed, only 6 ft away or less. I've tried warm vs. cold, 1 - 5 output setting, and revolving the nozzle, but it still falls short. I even put it up on a step ladder 3.5 ft off the ground, and the water just drops around the unit. I would have to hang it from the center ceiling over the bed to make it fall around us. Thinking on returning and trying another model or manufacturer.

ONLY 350ml/h for a 2gal tank
350ml/h of useless. if you like waiting your whole life for RH to keep its arid status quo, then this shall be your new bff.not to mention, what kind of device doesn't display sensor reading on display? only shows your target values. what is this? 1900s?

Worth every penny!
I’ve had this for a couple of weeks now and it is officially my all time favorite humidifier I’ve ever owned! It’s almost silent: The whisper quiet description is not an exaggeration. It doesn’t make any sound!Convenient: you can turn the light on/off or dim it. And it’s a great nightlight! The top fill function is a MUST. Those bottom fill ones are cheaper but such a pain in the butt! I had one for the longest time and since it wouldn’t fit in my bathroom sink, I had to take it to the kitchen to fill it every time. Now I just keep a gallon by it to refill when needed. It has a timer, 2, 4, 8, and 12 hours. So nice since I never remember to turn it off!Works so well: I run it at the highest settings for 12 hours each day and I don’t have to refill for 3-4 days! You can see how much it puts out, way more than any other humidifier I’ve had!The ONLY downside: the smell good pads it comes with, I don’t smell those at all. I wonder if I can soak a used one in my own essential oil, but I haven’t tried that. Don’t waste your money buying more of those or buy this only for that function.

Expectations weren’t met for that price point.
I do like the humidifier in a lot of ways. Great top fill option, very quiet, easy set up. Clean up is pretty simple, nigh light feature is nice and it does have different setting for mist levels, that’s really awesome for different sized rooms. I got the humidifier because I’m a person who likes it cold in the house and also when I sleep, so I got this for mainly that. The mist doesn’t seem as warm as I would like it to be. Kinda disappointed in that feature. It Would be super cool if it came with a remote, but it doesn’t. The essential oil part has these cotton rectangles that are “pre soaked” but I can’t really smell anything at all. Disappointed in that feature as well. I guess for plants it’s pretty good but I’m not a plant person, I’m a dry sinus kind of person and I feel like it hardly holds up in that department.
