Do not buy from this seller!!!
Do not buy from this seller!!! My vacuum charger cord stopped working after a few days so I returned the vacuum. It doesn't say anywhere that you will get hit with a 160 dollar restocking fee. I could have bought a new charger cord for 30 dollars and saved money. This is the most dishonest and misleading return I have ever made. Vacuum was great until it stopped working. The seller basically stole my money.

Dyson should be ashamed
I am updating my review from three months ago. I would definitely NOT buy this again. Just too much trouble to return. Gets clogged easily. Battery life short. What I would expect for 100 bucks not 300. PS this is the only time I have given such a review. Dyson if you are reading I'm not asking for a refund but if you find my review informative make a donation I my name to a Charity.

Product not working
Currently the vacuum in not working even with a full charge. Don’t know what’s wrong with it.

Miss leading add.
It does not include accessory for the carpet. Very disappointed. The add says for hardwood floors and carpet. Have to buy carpet attachment separately for $100. It’s not a buy if you have to pay another hundred dollars.

Convenient and easy to use
This is pricey but worth the investment. This is my second time purchasing a cordless dyson vacuum. I loved mine so much that I bought this one as a present for my mom. Great product.

Wonderful
I would have loved to buy the bigger newer versions of the stick vacuum but couldn't bare to spend that much money yet. I am so happy with this version and the price! It picks up everything and the velvety brush head is a revelation! I have really long hair and every bristle brush vacuum I have ever owned paid a huge price for it. Hair DOES NOT wrap around it, it is truly amazing. It does get over heated at times and quits for a while but it is understandable as I have a long, shaggy rug that beats the crap out of any vacuum to take it on. Excellent for wood/tile floors and probably does just as great on short rugs.

Problem with this seller I think
When I looked at the attachments it was clear that there was no real carpet cleaning head... that would be an additional $100-ish if I bought it. I called Dyson to complain about this and they asked me the name of the seller -- I was informed that the seller is NOT an authorized Dyson dealer and that I could have gotten a better deal through them and that I should return it and start over with them. Here's the kicker: It says it is NOT returnable. So much for Amazon's claim that it backs thing.... I am totally confused and disillusioned. I like the machine, but now I feel "taken" somehow....

Dyson VACCUM Cleaners Are THE BEST
There are limitations out there coping Dyson products. The is only one Dyson with powerful suction to pick up items on the floor the first time going over it. Great warranty. Superb Customer Service etiquette. The best dang vacuum cleaner on earth. It's DYSON. HANDS DOWN. BY A COPY CAT IF YOU WANT TO AND YOU WONT BE SATISFIED.
