House of Tsang Bangkok Padang Peanut Sauce, 51.8 ounce (1 pack)

This is delicious and true Thai peanut sauce.

It's delicious and much more economical than buying the tiny bottles.

I’m very pleased with my purchase. Add an ounce or so of this to a couple packets of ramen noodles ( throw away those flavoring packets) and you have noodles with peanut and chili sauce. Put it in the refrigerator for awhile and you have cold noodles with peanut and chili sauce. Cut up a spring onion and stir it in and it’s even better. I’ve had better in restaurants. And worse. It’s fine as it is, or you can add some low-sodium soy sauce to make is a little runnier if you prefer. Or stir in a teaspoon of chunky peanut butter.

My uncle showed me this sauce over a decade ago and I've always tried to keep it in for easy stir frys or as a dipping sauce. It's definitely spicier than most people expect but it fades quickly and leaves you with a warm savory sweetness. Great for pastas or rice and vegetables.

This is a good value, taste, base peanut sauce. I purchased multiple times. I personally like to add spice to it when serving along with some ground peanuts but as a base, its solid.

Peanut with a bit of heat. Drip it, dip in it, good on anything!

I cannot understand the good reviews of this product. It is awful, inedible. It does not taste remotely like peanuts. It does have an overpowering chemical tanginess that is impossible to mask or get rid of. I tried mixing this with real peanut butter, but it didn't help. I had to throw it out. I will not be purchasing this product again.

I've ordered this a couple times. It's SO good. I love the peanuty taste with Asian food. I'd love for it to be much hotter, but that's just a personal preference. That said, it's still DELICIOUS, and I will always have this on hand.
