These are excellent for daytime use to support your wrist when typing or stirring or gardening. Comfortable and washable, but you might need the splinted brace for nightime, or even day time, if you have serious carpal tunnel pain and numbness during the day or night. I also purchased the Braco Breathable Wrist Brace for nighttime use, when my carpal tunnel syndrome really acts up. But these are good for daytime use. I type and vacuum with these, and they are reversible from hand to hand, but if I recall, ONLY ONE per package. Order two if you want both hands braced for daytime use, or night-time use. But if you have serious carpal tunnel syndrom, you will need the splinted brace and I like Braco Breathable Wrist Brace with splint, also available at Amazon.

Nearly instant and continuous carpal tunnel syndrome relief! I've suffered from CTS for years and have always just muscled through it. But it's getting to the point where the pain keeps me up at night and have been having near constant numbness during the day. The stiff braces I wear at night are too unwieldy to wear during the day, and surgery isn't an option at this point as the recovery time would interfere with my work (full-time musician). So, I was looking for something more flexible to wear while chasing a toddler around as well as general tasks around the house. Found these beauties on Amazon, slipped them on moments after they were delivered and noticed almost instant relief from the numbness, and after a few hours felt a considerable amount of relief from muscle soreness in my hands and wrists. They're lightweight and very comfortable. Wore them for nearly 5 hours and hardly noticed I had them on after a while. I'll update this if anything changes, but for now I'm a fan!

I do a lot of gardening and have managed to injure something in my wrist area at the base of my thumb on my right hand. I ordered this as I have used a TC product before and it really helps. I actually wear this at night as right now I am gardening a lot and just getting quite dirty so if I do so I will need to order a 2nd one so I’ve always got a clean wrist brace. I needed something to fit around the thumb area with some compression at the wrist and this fits the bill. This washes up great, and really seems to help with the soreness and pain. It is comfortable and doesn’t feel tight or restrictive. My hands are quite small, and the small size works well as some size small things are more on the medium side. The brace slips on easily and provides the compression I need around the wrist at the base of my thumb. I am pleased with the fit, durability, and benefit it provides.

I have carpal tunnel in both of my wrists, I was experiencing severe wrist pain, Trouble sleeping and constant irritation. I bought this for when it flares up and gets unbearable. I used one on both wrist, switching day and night. It definitely helped, I don’t feel the pain and severe burning every day which was the goal. I keep it in my pocket just in case the pain returns for a day or two.I purchased a size small because I have a pretty tiny wrist, at first I didn’t like the way it fit. But my husband told me it would break in and I would get use to it. Surely that is exactly what happened. It fits perfect now and I can’t even feel that it is on. It provides perfect support and relieves pain and inflammation. I do recommend this for someone who has mild carpal tunnel and wrist problems.I wrote a 4 star review because I think the thumb a lot is a little oddly shaped. But it’s nothing that is unbearable. Just something to get use to.

I am updating my review on this product. I purchased 2 brace sleeves and only after a couple of weeks, the threading started coming apart. The compression itself is GREAT. I love how they feel, but the cost is too much for something that is already falling apart. I like them so much that I will exchange for another pair, hoping that it was just a defect. I had to minus a couple of stars for just that.

I have RA and the pain is constant. This glove provided almost instant relief. Maybe not 100%, but easily 85% better than before. And with no pills! Hopefully the gloves will hold up well. May end up purchasing a few more.

I used the sizing chart and purchased a medium which ended up being too big. Without any prompting, the company sent me a message asking how I liked it and when I told them that it was too big, they sent me a smaller size right away! They allowed me to keep the one that was too big which was actually a major gift because I was able to give it to a friend who is on a fixed income.Fantastic customer service and the product is great. I've been using it for years now and it's still holding up just fine. The only issue I had was the seam between the thumb hole and the fingers is a little fat so it was a little irritating, but I just wear the sleeve inside out and I don't feel it anymore. Definitely recommend!

I have been diagnosed with severe Carpal Tunnel in both wrists/hands. I wear Copper Compression fingerless gloves at night and while riding my motorcycle. Added the wrist sleeve on top of the gloves. So far, no more numb asleep hands during night waking me up and same for throttling bike. I highly recommend all of Copper Compression Gear products.
