Klein Tools CL210 Digital Clamp Meter Electrical Tester for AC Current, AC/DC Voltage, Resistance and Continuity, and Temperature

I loan my tools to my family. My previous VOM had a cable socket that if used incorrectly would blow an internal fuse. This happened a lot when someone was not paying attention or did not know what they were doing. This unit does not have that high amp socket and therefore is pretty much foolproof for becoming damaged. Easy to use if you know basic electricity.

quality product. I purchased this clamp style to read amperage for 12 volt systems. But, I didnt realize it only would read in AC and not DC. My fault for not paying attention, it says it in the description. Still a useful tool and I will keep it.

I like this meter and now have two of them. One for my service vehicle and the other lives on the work bench.

I’ve always been a fan of Klein tools. The package came and was in original non damaged packaging! I purchased for the purpose of measuring the temperature on the high side of my condenser unit of my A/C. The temperature sensor seemed to work ok. If I was to criticize it was a bit difficult to tape the sensor to the line to get an accurate reading.

Used it a couple times, so far so good. I just wish Klein made longer pins. I had to buy after market and they broke the first time I used them.

Work perfectly. Used it to measure temperature in freezers. Everything else worked as supposed. Very well built. A great value.
