PrinceT22.5 Black/Yellow Men's Shoes

Very comfortable and durable!
Pickleball player here. I have owned three sets of these in black, and two in white. I am currently running a black pair. One important observation that I made is that, when brand new, the black shoes fit right out of the box and need no break-in period while the white ones feel much stiffer and hurt my feet for the first 2-3 days of wearing. I usually need to bring an old set of shoes with me to switch into while I break a new set of white ones in. Otherwise I cannot play in them for long. Also, to note, I have short but wide feet.Besides the stiffness complaint about the white pairs that I have owned, which has been confirmed with BOTH sets, I really enjoy these shoes! For reference, I am short (and probably heavy for my height) but I am very quick at getting around the courts. My play style involves a LOT of quick accelerations and changes in direction and these shoes hold up to the rigors I put them through with ease! They have excellent grip when I need it but also break loose when I need to slide to a stop. The padding under foot is great for the heavy pounding style that I play as well which makes it very nice on all the leg/back joints. I have not had any complaints in that area while running these. One last note, these shoes have a 6-month warranty on outsole wear but I find that these shoes, like probably any others if you play the same style as I do, become useless once the herringbone/tread on them disappears and the outsole gets smooth. I have not been able to wear one set long enough to wear completely through the outsole (to the midsole) to be able to claim the warranty, as bald shoes are a no-go for my style, but if I were to stick with one set long enough, I could easily wear through a pair's outsoles in 6-months. Playing 2-3 times a week at 2-4 hours per session, I would probably get a good 3 months out of a pair before they start getting too slippery to be useful for me.

T22 Prince tennis shoes
I'm an avid tennis player and have been wearing Prince T22 for many years and now the lighter weight T22.5. The quality of the T22.5 is superb, very comfortable, durable and great foot support. I mostly play on clay courts and love these shoes. They breathe well and during hot summer months this is important. This is my third pair and I will continue to purchase the Prince T22.5.

Light Weight, Comfortable, Can Feel Top Material Touch Toes
RIght away I noticed how light in weight these shoes felt compared to my Asics Gel Nimbus shoes [I liked them being lighter in weight]. They are comfortable but not quite as comfortable as the Asics Gel Nimbus running shoes; But these shoes are comfortable enough to where I do-not believe I will buy another pair of Asics Gel Nimbus because those shoes don't last long and the thin material on top tears [My foot went right through that material on the Asics Gel Nimbus and another pair has tear-lines where the shoe creases when I walk]. With these Prince T22.5 shoes I don't like how when I walk I can feel the top material touch the top of my toes and foot area; The material is a firm polyester material]. These Prince shoes come with black laces and they also included yellow laces as well [That was unexpected and a nice feature]. I wanted these prince T22.5 shoes in all black [no yellow, no green, etc. Just black on black] but they didn't have that; I ask Prince to create your tennis shoes in all black and in a mid-top version for extra ankle support.

Best shoe yet
Great shoe. Fits snugly in the heel but plenty of room in the toe. More flexible than the original and just as light as the lite version that is gone. Great color (black and yellow) also

Stand up to the daily grind!
My third pair in three years. The inside and out of the T22.5 stands up to three hours of daily use on the outdoor Pickleball court for longer than any other court shoe I’ve tried. Fit is snug and comfortable with minimal break in required.

lost a toenail
These are pretty stiff on the top of the shoe. I'm in the process of loosing a toenail because of these. Looking for a good court shoe-sadly not the right shoes. We ordered K Swiss instead.
