I am purchasing and trying this type of product for the first time. I like that it is unflavored so that I can add it to my protein shakes or tea. It dissolves quickly in warm beverages (have not tried cold yet) and does not form lumps, which is a plus. I also like the fact that it includes 11g of protein which boosts my grams per day! I am not sure about the outcome yet as it is only day 1, but I am looking forward to great results, and I do plan to return in a week to update my results.
