Wouldn't recommend - broke down after 2 years, not easy to service
UPDATE: Two-year ownership. Would recommend buying, often clogs, no matter if you clean the filter every couple of weeks. Really bad washer/dryer. I services it myself as I know how. Cleaning the air duct is annoying and had to be done every few months. Access to the drain pump and drain hose is horrible. For some reason the lower panel is screwed in with permanent screws. Really bad design. Only good thing is I learned how bad these can get and what to avoid.

Constant faults.
Washer worked well (or so we thought) but it constantly developed faults with the dryer.11 call outs over 2 years for the same issue, and as soon as warranty ended... we won't replace it because its out of warranty.Bought a new Hoover washer dryer and clothes are smelling fresher than ever.Avoid this at all costs.

Broke after 2 months. Samsung won't honour warranty.
After 2 months it started being very loud and then leaking. We rang Samsung over and over and over and over. Wasted hours. They would ask loads of questions, then say 'let me talk to my supervisor, we'll call you back' or 'we'll get an engineer to call you'. Samsung asked me to video it whilst operating. Eventually they sent an engineer who said that because we didn't stop using it straight away the damage was our fault. Repair quote was £350. Unbelievable.
