Alternative Band Charger Cable
Did everything I expected. Unfortunately the battery in the Microsoft Band was the problem. Nothing moire can be expected till that is corrected.

Lesson learned, don't buy off brand products for my tech.
I bought this as an additional cable for my office while I kept the original microsoft brand cable with me. I seems it doesn't line up just right with the connectors on my watch and i have to work it back and forth to get it to connect. Even then, it may get out of line and don't charge my watch. I'm going to have to buy an official microsoft cable i guess. This just shows that I shouldn't buy off brand electronics or components for my tech.

Bad experience never buy from here again
It does not charge my Microsoft band It connects but nothing happens no charge gets to the band, no light comes on noIt came late all around bad experience.
