Well, I loved them for one year until they started leaking.
Update, 11/2018: These are no longer waterproof as of 2017. I just came across my review and updated it. The seams separated after one year and water leaks in. The rubber part also discolored (yellowed) which I didn't mind as long as they worked. I have tried to ask for replacements from both Amazon and Bogs and both say that they are not able to do so. I really loved these boots while they were waterproof. They were light and I could keep up with my three adventurous little kiddos. Updating my star rating to 1 because they no longer served my purpose after only one year and I can't use them even in light to mid rain. So sad! Previous review when I first received them in 2016: LOVE THEM! It has taken a while to find the right pair of rain boots for the Pacific North West. These are so super comfy and light. They are warm, but shouldn't be too warm for the summer months. The calves are really narrow and are perfect for my smaller legs. I am 110 and 5'4". I haven't had a chance to test them out, yet, but I imagine they would be great for everyday use as well as light, wet hiking as the soles are pretty rugged. The shafts are flexible, which I wanted, unlike other rainboots that I have come across. These don't make that ridiculous flip flop sound when I walk! I like that the handle is in the back as opposed to either sides. The color is true to the picture.

Best boots I've ever owned.
I wanted to wait a while before I reviewed. I've had these through a winter and a spring. When I first received them, I was devastated. I thought they were gonna be too small. I loved the look, but couldn't get over how tight they were. I was determined to make them work. I didn't want to go to a size 8 because I wanted a more fitted look, as close to me as possible, as slim as possible on my calves. If they'd had half sizes I may have gone up. Anyway, I'd read that to break in new shoes one could put on as many pair of socks as they could handle and blow-dry the shoes while you wore them with the socks on. I did this and wore the boots on and off for 2 days with about 3 pairs of socks. It was uncomfortable and hot! It was worth it! They seemed to ease up just enough to be comfortable with one pair of socks. I wear medium thickness and light socks with them and they are so comfortable I usually don't take them off when I come back inside. They can be worn all day, everyday and are so comfortable now! They are warm. Warm enough for winter and are not overly hot when it's 70 or below outside (at least for me). These boots are so attractive too. I am 100 pounds and I have small legs and wanted something that would fit close and these look so good with leggings or skinny jeans on my legs. They fit exactly as I wanted and are shaped great. They are waterproof. I've worn them in the creek with my daughter. The water makes it feel cold around the boot like water is being let in, but it's just a shock from the temperature change. Also, sometimes it will splash into the hole through the back (to be expected). I haven't spent hours submerged in them, but they seem to hold up fine for splashing around with your kids in the creek or mud puddles. Sometimes my socks would feel damp from sweat, but not water. So they are the most comfortable boots I've owned, they are waterproof, they are great for will get months, and they are light enough to wear in warmer weather too. You will swart a little in warmer weather, but it isn't uncomfortable to me.

Poor customer service
I purchased three pair of these boots, one pair for myself, the other two as gifts. After waiting almost a year to write a negative review, now is the time. I have attempted to reach out to Bogs customer service with no reply. My right boot leaked from the very beginning....not just a little, after walking out in the wet grass, i can pour the water from my boot. This will be my last Bogs purchase. Poor customer service, will not stand behind product.

Perfect
I usually wear a size 6.5 but ordered a 7. I plan on using them for winter weather as well as spring and fall. Northern michigan gets muddy most seasons. I hunt and fish and work a job that requires me to be outdoors. As soon as these arrived I put them on. I knew I made the right choice. They are not as clunky and heavy like mucks are. Sleek looking shape, and they hit below my knee which is a must for tracking threw forest. They are warm too, but I would still wear thermal socks during super cold winter days. When I wear them out I know I will be buying a replacement pair asap.

Leaked after 3 months of Wear
I wanted to love these boots. However, I bought them March 7th 2017 wore them til about May 2017 and already the weak seams had holes along them. I wanted to wear them again since it is now rainy season, but alas- leakage, so I tried to patch them with shoe goo- but it came up. I would like to get a replacement pair from the company that send these to me. I would remove this review in that case.

Amazing winter boots!
I owned the the summit boots for adults and toddlers and love them but they don't have a good thread so I upgraded to these boots. It is rated up to -5 F cold weather and it does keep my feet warm and dry. This is not for indoor/shopping because your feet will get warm and sweaty. If you are going to wear thick wool socks, then you better get one size up. I wear size 9 and there is absolutely no room for thick socks. The boots are very comfy and had a good grip on ice, dry and wet snow. I highly recommend this boots for light winter activities and I recommend getting the Bogs B-moc boots for toddlers.

Nice boots
I normally wear a size 8 but I got these boots in a 9. They fit perfectly after I added shearling insoles, so I would imagine the sizing is slightly small. These boots are great, I had been buying bogs for my son and after seeing how dry and warm they kept his feet I decided to get some of my own. I have skinny legs and these fit me perfectly so they might be tight on some people. I've been wearing them around the house and they keep my feet very comfy. I can't wait for it to rain or snow so I can wear them outside.

They seem good quality. Mine arrived slightly worn
These fit a little smaller than the Bogs Plimsolls. They seem good quality. Mine arrived slightly worn... a mud drop on the toe. The heel cap may be an issue, it feels like iit is rubbing my ankle. But I know the Summit's leak at the heal because they don't have a rubber cap there, so it is necessary. I'll wear extra socks or moleskine to prevent blisters. They are a bit clunky, the top is comfy neoprene but the soles are very thick and heavy. eawsy to get on/off, much mucch easier than rubber boots. Neoprene is flexible for different calf sizes, but very large calves might find it tight.

I love love love these rain boots
I love love love these rain boots. They're so comfy, they don't even feel like rain boots at all. The tight neoprene keeps them locked on your foot, even in the deepest, stickiest mud.My only issue is that I have bunions and they're a little narrow for them. All rain boots are. But at least these are stretchy, so it doesn't cause as much pain as rubber boots do. But if they made a wide version, that would be great.I usually wear a size 7.5 and needed the 8's.

Not durable
Bought Bogs for my daughter as I heard they are super durable. However, after a few months of wear they developed a hole in the toe and now water gets in them so she can’t wear them when it’s wet out.

the plastic part coming up along the near the underside ...
the plastic part coming up along the near the underside of the ankles rubbed against the underside of one ankle (that perhaps was lower than the other? or maybe it was that the plastic on that area was higher on that side), irritating that spot to no end and leaving a raw blister. I had to donate them (there were scuff marks on the toes after a day's wear, as it is with rubber, so I couldn't return them/consign).

Great boots
Great boots. Warm enough for canadian winters although I usually don't tend to feel the cold in my boots. The only thing is that if I wear them inside (subway and shopping) for a while, my feet will get humid. The 8 is a bit bigger than the 8 of other model (Summit) I had. An extra sole solved the issue.
