Beautiful product, smells and works great! Worth every penny. But it came with the jar lid broken to pieces. I also purchased the unicorn body cream which unfortunately ALSO came with shattered lid! I'd love to order more as gifts, but I'm not going to because I'm scared of getting all the jars with broken lids and having to go through the hassle of returning bottles and then possibly getting ANOTHER broken jar ect. ect.

Very disappointed doesn’t look anything like they advertised it was all melted to one side of the bottle again after the first one that had been sent out was leaking through the package. I feel that they need to package it better as well sending it especially if the product consists of coconut oil. I live in Az and so far both products that I order by Trully beauty through Amazon has been very disappointing. So I’m going to actually order directly from the company to see if the product come the same way. But other then that it smells great and my lips were very soft after trying it and yes’s lil goes a long way.

in my opinion , this product isn’t worth buying what so ever ! it really doesn’t work. this product gives off a really bad taste .

I love, love, LOVE this balm. My lips say hydrated and moist for HOURS. Gives good shine without looking goopy and smells AMAZING. It's part of my morning and night routine every day.

The product bottle came 1/4 empty. It had an almost fishy odor as well. Super disappointed, if you want Truly Beauty products buy them directly from the supplier. This purchase was such a waste.

This product doesn’t do as described, it’s supposed to plump the lips. It doesn’t do any such thing. It’s greasy. And I don’t recommend it.

Smells so bad and it looks like it’s husband like rotten, it’s nothing like the Picture it’s not worth it and I need my money back
