Not it's intended purpose but for what I wanted it for
It will probably depended on your bike helmet shape and size but luckily they worked on ours. I wanted us to be more visible and have some sun protection and I succeeded on both. Not for everyone but perfect for us and priced perfectly too.

Blocks the sun
Working out in 40C+ in direct sun is hard, this makes things somewhat easier. Does a great job keeping the sun off your neck/face without adding much in mass to your hard hat. Highly recommended!
