Q: does this phone come with volume control that i can adjust that i can hear my customers

Yes this phone come with a high and low switch for both the ringer and the headset volume. However the switch for the headset is not on the actual device, it is on the phone. So after the headset has been plugged in, that is when you can adjust the volume control. I hope this answers your question!

Q: Does anyone actually know the full funtions on this product?

This phone is an old fashioned land line phone except - it only has a head set (no hand set). It is mechanical - no electricity or batteries. You can mute, can do do 3 way calls, you can switch between two calls. You can see the number of the caller. All of these things are dependent on having those features configured with your phone service. If you spend your entire day on the phone, as I do, this is the phone for you. The voice and hearing quality are high. You never have to worry about the battery dying. I love it.

Q: Is the microphone "Noise Cancelling"?

Yes as long as outside noise is not directly in your face. My customers never say that they can hear any thing in my background.
