Delicious and nutritious. My daughter loves them too. Especially with dark chocolate chips.. and whip cream. And raspberries- mmm. Wish it wasn’t so expensive. It’s good.

I really like this keto pancake mix. Perfect and convenient for my keto lifestyle and doesn’t make feel guilty. I like to customize it my way most of the time though. One way I do this is I measure out the amount of flour it says to and instead of adding water to it I will add and egg, mix it, then cook it like that. Or I will use my almond milk instead of water. And I always like to add some ground cinnamon or some strawberry, banana, or vanilla extract to give me some delicious flavored pancakes whether I’m using the egg, unsweetened almond milk, or water without the added guilt. The price isn’t too too bad for the amount you get, that’s how most keto stuff is. That’s why I didn’t give this 4 stars because once you’ve done the keto diet for a while and have bought all things keto, you kinda already know what to expect as far as the size and price of things. I’ve already bought this a few times and I will keep doing so. I’ve tried many keto brand pancake mixes and this is by far my favorite brand.

This mix is excellent and tastes just like real pancakes. When I was young I would make what my grandpa called "eggs on the mountain" Start with a small size buttered pancake on the bottom, then add one or two sausage patties (turkey sausage works great too), then another pancake with two over easy fried eggs on top. Drizzle with warm Sugar Free Log Cabin syrup. When the warm yokes run down over "the mountain" and mix with the syrup it is heavenly!

I started buying keto products when I had gestational diabetes. These were a great find. I eat these even though I'm no longer on a restricted diet. It took a bit of trial and error to get the water consistency & cooking time right. I'd recommend making one pancake at a time until you figure out the timing. I also cook them with the lid covering the pan to help the insides cook. Serve with monkfruit syrup and butter to keep it keto.

They arrived, and I made pancakes right away for my dinner and they were absolutely delicious. I have had the carbquick pancakes. Which were just ok. These were exactly like regular pancakes. I ordered the small bag just to test them. I’m definitely ordering the larger bag.

As someone trying to do the low carb thing but also loves breakfast, these are amazing! The texture and flavor are absolutely on point. My only gripe is that it's a little expensive. But if you're craving a weekend breakfast treat, it's soo worth it.
