Great stuff in a small bottle
Couldn't believe how well this product worked in removing ear wax. Put a few drops in wait an hour or so use a q tip and out comes the wax. I've tried other products on Amazon but this one works far by the best !!

Suction power? I think I received this request to review for a vacuum, not ear cleaner. :)
I bought this because the cost was less than Debrox and has the same ingredients, but the bottle is so difficult to squeeze that I ended up transferring the product to the Debrox bottle that still had a little left.Apart from that, I don't know yet if the product will help. So far, it just fills up my ears and makes it hard to hear but I haven't seen any wax coming out yet. I hope to see results soon!

Does the job
This is exactly what can be found in the brick-and-mortar, and a greatly reduced price. Works exactly as expected. Packaging is different, but expiration date presents a long window for use.

Hard to get drops out of bottle
The drops are really hard to get out of the bottle, otherwise they work just fine

NOT GOOD!
I usually buy the name brand of this (Debrox), and I already had one of the little blue bulbs you fill with water to flush out your ears after inserting the drops for a few minutes. This Rite-Aid brand cost a little less, so I figured why not because it has the same main ingredient in it, right? Wrong! I didn't really need to use this for several months after buying it, and thought nothing of it. So it was in my medicine cabinet for awhile, but completely unopened and the expiration date was 2024. So, I'm just getting over a bad cold or flu and my ears got pretty stuffed up. No problem. I've used these carbo drops for years along with the bulbs with good results every time. Well goodness gracious, what the heck? First, the drops didn't even want to come out of the bottle, and I squeezed as hard as I could. Once in my ear, laying flat on each side, I'm used to these things working fairly fast and you can tell because of the foaming, bubbling noise you hear while doing each ear. I don't know what the problem was, but these weren't doing anything at all. I even made the hole in the bottle tip larger, so I know the stuff got in there. But there was nothing or very little of the noise that tells you it's working. I managed to use the little blue bulb flushing vigorously with water, and got my ears a little better, but could really not see much wax at all in the filled bathroom sink, so I did what I could and quit, rather than damage my ears. First thing afterwards, I ordered the Debrox for overnight delivery. I usually don't have any problems with Rite-Aid products, but these were garbage. And the bottle tip is ridiculous to have to squeeze the bottle that much just to get the drops out. Nothing worse than stuffed up ears. I'd strongly recommend against buying this product. And oh well, the Debrox will be here soon, so live and learn and, as Scarlett would say, tomorrow is another day...

Very difficult to squeeze product out
The actual solution is what one would expect from a product like this. However, the bottle it comes in is very tough to squeeze, so it is incredibly difficult to get product out. I read another review that warned of this, but I thought they were exaggerating -- they were not. I have to squeeze HARD with two hands just to get a normal-sized drop, whereas I can easily squeeze out drops in rapid succession with only one hand when using Debrox. Debrox seems to be out of stock everywhere I go so I will probably be forced to buy this again, since the Murine drops have an off-putting smell to them.

Not recommended
The drops are really hard to get out of the bottle. I have to squeeze the bottle very hard to get the drops to come out of it. The liquid in the bottle is also so thick I just wander if if does get deep enough into the ear to clean. I would not buy again and I do not recommend to buy this item
