I had tried other diet pills in the past like: Hydoxycut, Xenadrine, and Garcinia Cambogia and Adiphene is by far the BEST! I had been taking it for 5 days now and I have no cravings, I don't even feel hungry at all, at times I forget I haven't eaten lunch. It makes me feel energized and it doesn't make me feel jittery.When I remember to eat lunch I have a small salad, for dinner a protein shake with almond milk and protein powder PB2. I walk on the treadmill for 30 minutes and that's about it. I really recommend this product you will not waste your money.

This stuff is horrible. I have been taking this product since Saturday, and nothing. Zero energy, zero appetite control, and zero pounds/ounces lost. I had expected SOMETHING to happen, either a little bit more energy or even a cut back in my appetite, but there hasn't been anything so far. I am going to continue use for this week, and maybe next, but I am not going to hold my breath that this will help out in any way.This product is a scam, and I really wish I had of saved my money instead of wasting it on this product.If anything does happen, I will update this review... but so far, it has been a waste of money.

Been using this for over a month. I've lost weight every week since I started taking it. My appetite is about half of what it had been and I'm not hungry all the time.I haven't experienced any negative side effects either. No jitters. Nothing.

This has the effect of taking NOTHING. Literally!! In the month+ that I've used this product, I have not experienced ANY weight loss, loss of appetite, energy, or anything else. If you enjoy "giving away your money", this is definitely the product for you.
