Was looking for this to help with ED. I was Wrong. But along with that-the side effects are not worth the trouble.. If you try it long enough you will find it gives you a mild headache along with a massive heartburn problem.. All this side effect and still nothing from the little guy it terms of a salute..After a week , I even took double dose during the day (2 pills)and nothing...Did absolutely nothing for the little guy.. And I gave it it a full 3 weeks to try to " build" in my system... Which is hogwash.All these herbal companies say "let it build "in your system.. If a pill is gonna work it would work in short 4-5 day time span- especially at double the recommended dosage!..Does the blue pill or yellow pill take 3 weeks to build in the system?.. No..correct. So this "building up in your system theory" is just a marketing strategy to get you to stay with the product...I guess I wasted my time and money on this one..Plus -like one reviewer said- this seems to be weak potency because at 2 pills per day . I had nothing. And at 4 pills per day -nothing as well.. Even if I did have a result at the 4 pill level- the product at THAT point would have been too expensive to continue and maintain..Anyway, I'll keep looking..I have a feeling that Maca + horny goat weed is the answer IF the dosage is high enough and pure enough.
