NRG Innovations EPAC-300 NRG Voltage Stabilizer

I haven't been on the dyno since I installed this, but the primary reason I did was to reduce the dips in my idling RPMs every time the AC condenser, cabin air fan, or power windows went down, secondary was to possibly get a minor gain in hp/to or increased MPG. To be honest I haven't noticed any difference. My mileage certainly hasn't improved. At the same time I've added stickier tires, but reduced rotational Mass considerably with lightweight Wheels in a carbon fiber driveshaft. All in all my mileage should have considerably improved, my idle should have improved at least somewhat, and I should have at least had some kind of placebo effect. I can't even report that. My idle still has the same dips and my mileage has dipped on average 1-2 MPG over the last 3 months using the exact same brand gasoline, summer blend at that, with a fresh oil and transmission fluid change. Even the cabin lights still fluctuate still.I used to have a first gen Buddy Club racing spec condenser that actually fixed these problems in my old SRT-4, I even moved it to my E46 BMW with decent results. I'm disappointed that this one has done absolutely nothing.
