This is the second toddler size pillow I have bought. This is so much better than "little sleepy head" pillow I bought before. This one is a little bit larger & so much more comfy for my toddler. It is thicker but not too thick. The other brand is too flat and does not hold up well. I have attached pics to compare.

I was originally not going to write a review because I figured I would cut my losses on this idiotic purchase I foolishly made. However, the company keeps messaging me asking me to review the product. So be it. This pillow sucks. I wish I hadn't believed all of the hype about this stupid pillow. I cannot believe I was fooled into paying $14.96 for this miniature, bootleg quality pillow. They say it is a Poly/Cotton blend but the only cotton thing about this pillow is the thread used to sew the hem.I knew it would be small, but it's much smaller than I imagined it would be. The quality of the pillowcase is horrible. It's rough and scratchy. The pillow is also rough and scratchy. I know the thread count has to be very low because the synthetic filling is coming through the fabric. I can't in good conscience let my daughter use this pillow knowing that there are tiny white fibers coming out of the pillow. The pillow is actually rather fluffy and is the only redeeming quality about it.

I am extremely unhappy about this. We have taken measures to make sure that this never happens again. I feel terrible. I have issued you a full refund on your original purchase and I have also sent out a new pillow at no charge (the one you should have gotten to begin with). I paid to have it shipped 2nd day air so it should be there by Saturday."In sum: The product that I've received the second time around looks and feels completely different. I have not washed it yet, but would be really surprised if it doesn't hold up to expectation. And the customer service was simply superb. I've never experienced anything like that online! Fantastic!

After spending way too much time agonizing over which brand toddler pillow to get (Slumberlux, Little Pillow Co, Zadisonjaxx, etc.), I picked Dreamtown based on customer pictures and reviews. In particular, people were saying that they received prompt, personal responses from the business, and they were absolutely right. Trust me, if you even have any minor issues with your pillow, the owner Eric will more than make it right. I actually enjoyed communicating with him and learning about his small business and family (he's expecting a baby!).About the pillow itself, I thought it was a little fluffy for my daughter who's a stomach sleeper, but she reports that it's "so comfortable!" and won't even share with her daddy. We tried giving her an IKEA toddler pillow at 20 months but she threw that out of the crib on the first night. Now at 27 months she's finally been converted with Dreamtown! I noticed on the baby monitor that she moves around less at night in her sleep, presumably because she doesn't have to try as hard to find a comfortable position. Btw, please ignore my girl's facial expression...that's her pretending to sleep when I asked her to pose for me :)Highly recommend. Note that I did NOT receive a discount or other freebies in exchange for this review. I’m actually very surprised that this has so many great reviews. I purchased this after reading and reading reviews on here and another comparable pillow and I definitely didn’t pick the right one. This pillow is so full. Think, adult pillow, just smaller. It’s so thick I can’t imagine it being safe for a child under 4. It’s about 5.5 inches thick in the middle and still a good 4 in the corners. I also measured the pillow I sleep with just for comparison and mine measures 6 in the middle, just to give you an idea. I tried reaching out to the company via email with no response, going to be sending it back and go with the one I should’ve picked to begin with

So I ordered two pillows for my one and half year old daughter ,she was getting older and it was time for a new pillow. I'm also a first time mom and I wanted to make sure I got the best pillows for her, so I did my research and look around for the best pillow I could come by. I found the dream town pillow and it had great reviews and looked like the pillows are comfortable and perfect size so I order two and they came at good time. Just when they go here the pillows didn't look the same and felt different so was the size one was smaller than the other. So at first I didn't think anything of it but once I had sent a email to dream town company. They responded the next day and told me to just send a picture and would send me a replacement pillow for my troubles I was honestly shock because every time you make a complaint or do a return with any company it's such a hassel and takes days for them to even see what they can do about the problem But Not DREAM TOWN They right away sent me a new one just like that!! It was amazing!!!! Honestly best customer service hands down! I was beyond happy with this purchase and my daughter absolutely loves her pillows even though the price is slightly high it was very worth it in the end definitely get what you pay for !!! I'm definitely gonna buy more once my daughter gets a bigger bed!!! I'm sure the actual Dreamtown pillow is great, however what I received in the mail was NOT what a Dreamtown pillow. I received an airline pillow that did not look like what is advertised nor have any of the qualifications listed in the bullet points. I think I got scammed. Zero stars.

My 2 and a half loves this pillow so much that we ended up bying 2 (one for home and one for daycare). We noticed that he sleeps much better with this pillow. The pillow itself is made with great quality, hypoallergenic products. Highly recommended for toddlers.

Bought this product and it fell apart after one wash. Wrote to the merchant and they never bothered to respond. Extremely disappointing.

I think this is just a bootleg pillow. No label and looks cheap.
