It’s a good deal for the price. The penlights and scissors look exactly like in the photos, and having the batteries already provided is very convenient. I didn’t realize that the metallic light pink one had a warm yellow LED light prior to buying (the dark pink one is white light), but overall, they still serve their purpose.

Best scissors ever! I have gotten scissors from the hospital, from medical supply, and by far, this pair is miles beyond quality those are. They cut well, fit in the hand and pocket well, the grip is sturdy, easy to carry from place to place while using. Hopefully they stay sharp longer than hospital ones. The pen lights were a great bonus - the light is perfect for pinpointing an area specifically.
