American DJ Color Burst LED 4 Pixel Bank LED Color Bar

This light is a great addition to my collection of lights, that are used in our light show. just wish it came with dmx control.

This disco light is good for party, it gives enough bright light to illuminate the dark room. the only thing I did not like is the sound activated mode feature. In the sound activated mode, the light does really react to the sound of music, however it does not follow the rhythm of the music. The other issue is hanging it. It will be hard to hang it on the wall, it can be mounted on the ceiling. If mounted on ceiling, the control knobs will on the top side, making it not easy to reach them. Unless if you try to mount the bracket on the opposite side, but in that case you may have to drill holes( for screws), and this may not be a good idea since you may damage the inside parts of the unit with the drilling.

All I can say is WOW, this is a multipurpose light. I have used it as a wash and as dance lights. The base design allows for you to adjust the angle. Also has multiple settings.

These LED color burst lights are fine for one performer in a corner. Mabe two people can be lit with these if the lights are monted at least 15 feet behind the performer, and at least 8 feet high above the stage.However, in the confines of my tiny corner I use for some of my videos on youtube, two of these work fairly well. Frankly, I wish I'd saved up for the 8 bay light, but at the time, I needed these, and they were affordable.They do respond to sound, but I wish they changed color to the beat, and not just swap chase patterns. Guess I'll have to keep looking that when I can afford it. These will do for the time being, and are certainly better than nothing. I guress.By the way, these are highly directional lights. However, you can widen the beam by putting a diffuser (frosted tape) over the LED panel. Of course, the trade off is that it'll be a bit dimmer, but you'll be able to light a little more stage area.The one thing people don't realize about these lights is that they're not meant to light a wide area of stage. They're an effects light. They're just intended to put a wash of light on the performer's back, and send down glowing tight beams of light through a fog. They're also meant to be directly seen by the audience as the lights do produce a noticable flashing pattern that changes.UPDATE: I've launched a youtube video which shows the Colorburst in my studio. Just search The Invisible Thereminist At Thomas Grillo Studios and you'll see it.Hey, for the low price, that's not too bad at all.I do recommend not getting less than two of these, unless you're replacing a unit, that is.For a band of more than two or three performers, I'd get at least four of these, or the 8 bay units so each performer has one or two behind them.

Lights didn't work when arrived. I repaired the lights to be functional.

I have four of them together they light up an entire stage for a rock 'n' roll band and I like them, they were an excellent choice

I guess I had made the assumption that I would be able to just set this light set to simply shine some spill light on the wall or performers, but there is no such option. It wants to flash on and off at variable speeds (adjustable), but that's not what I wanted. Wish the advertising had been clear about that lack of functionality. Also, the fact that the individual light could not be pointed independently made it hard to put the light where I wanted it. I wouldn't buy this item again for any application.

The unit got three stars because it is sturdy and worked out of the box. The problem is that the mounting arm brackets were missing. Bummer, since I need this for Halloween, three days away. I will improvise, but I shouldn’t have to.

I enjoyed using this product very much. The delivery was on time and I really liked the quality of the service. Any question would be answered very fast. I am very pleased. I would definitely recommend this product . very affective for my daily use too. I've used this now for a week and have had no problems.

Questa luce io la consiglierei a dj che non sanno se scegliere tra luci bar o ledquesti led fanno un effetto incredibile persino all'aperto senza accecare...le luci strobo bar invece accecano molto di più e fanno meno effettoHo fatto il dj ad una festa ed è piaciuto molto questo prodotto

Also ich das Gerät auspackte dachte ich wie niedlich :D ich hatte mir das zwar ein wenig größer vorgestellt doch die Leistung entspricht meinen Erwartungen in vollen Umfang also da kann ich nichts schlechtes sagen licht ist ziemlich hell es geht auch sehr schnell ein strobo Effekt wäre zwar ein wenig schön ist aber auch nicht so schlimm das der fehlt blinkt auch so schnell genug :D wenn man das teil auf Musik blinken lässt finde ich es nich so schön denn es blinkt auch in langsamen Passagen net langsam :D da ich aber kaum langsame musik höre stört mich das nicht natürlich kann das gerät auch langsam schöne Lichteffekte machen nur dann eben nicht auf musik.Für den Preis aber klare kaufempfehlung kann mir nich vorstellen das ne lichterorgel das besser macht.

Barra led molto bella robusta, alta qualità, luce brillante piccola e facile da trasportare ma molto potente.La consiglio vivamente a chi vuole colorare e ravvivare le proprie feste.

Despite having had a poor quality light before from Amazon, I gave this a go. Ideal for small rooms or halls. Nice and bright too.
