I came across this product while searching for a robotics kit and bought the kit because it could make so many toys, booked one and got the kit on time thanks to Amazon and beautiful pakcaging of avishkaar. And God it exceeded all my expectations. 1st: The built quality of each and every component is so premium and so freaking perfect. Each piece is polished properly and filleted accordingly to make sure no scratches are possible. The plastic parts, the rubber parts and the metal parts, all are soft to touch and sturdy to feel. 2nd : Ease of assembly: I let some kids explore this kit at my school and it worked just like a charm, they could assemble beautiful projects within 20 25 minutes and did not face any difficulty finding part due to an extremely well structured manual. 3rd: Course support: so after registering the kit on avishkaar's website, I got access to so many things that could be made with the kit and so I let the kids explore it further and the results were just beautiful, I was not aware of this hidden feature initially but wow it's just amazing. 4th: Value for money: let's just say this product is a steal, it's that simple, teaches so many complex things, with a premium built quality, and the online support for courses and everything. This is just the perfect product you need. 5th: No experience required: So even though the company says it's made.for 8+ age, I let a 6 year old kid use this kit and she was able to work with it without a hassle because everything has been designed for a beginner and the easy language used to explain everything in the manual just pushed it up a notch. P.s. I read a review about poor quality of gear fitments. An advice to the reviewer : Use the spanner and Allen key provided in the kit to screw everything, you will not face any issues, our hands cannot be as precise and accurate as these amazingly machined tools.

I am changing my review as customer service has really helped me to understand things better. Initially I was not happy to buy this product because packaging mentioned 100 products and booklet inside has only 9 projects. But customer representative agreed its a bit misleading and understood my concern and promised to change the packaging asap. Also, they provided some extra projects as well and supported me throughout. We can also explore their online community for more projects. Product is really nice and sturdy. Kids can learn a lot of things by making different models and do coding as well. Coding is really easy to learn with step by step guide. I recommend this product! 1 star less for packaging issue.

My son got the kit as a birthday gift from his grand parents on his 10th birthday a week back. He created his first robotic car today following the instructions. The instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Setting up the Avishkar app was done in few mins and bluetooth connectivity was a nice addition. The quality of the parts is really good and is one of the reason of purchasing this kit over others. The car is running smoothly and without issue. He is yet to try out the programming. I hope this kit proves to be worth the price. Though the kit contains instruction for only 5 projects I hope the rest of the instructions for the remaining 95 projects are available online, else I will be very disappointed. Meanwhile its going to be a great learning experience!

I bought it for my 6+ years old son. The manual is self explanatory and generates interest for kids to learn structural, circuitry and coding in a way children like to play. My son is very happy to play with it without realising that he is actually learning!!!! The programming interface it’s no-code but teaches kids enough to learn coding concepts. It’s a nice investment to drive kids to learn in the disguise of learning.

The product quality is good, but the sensors are not precise as it feels too buggy and the IR sensor works only if we keep our hands very close to the sensor(nearly touching the sensor) the sensors could have been more powerful .

The kit looks so good and it is really a wonderful kit for the starters in the field of robotics. The components are of good quality and entirely the kit looks good. Basic to advanced robotics projects can be built with the help of this kit. Compared to the other kits at the same price range, this kit looks good and useful for the beginners. The kit is useful to build the projects in the aspects of electronics, mechanical and programming. The quality of the kit is good and competitively better and the best robotics kit by Avishkaar Robotics.

I have bought many robotics kits for my sons and I am writing this review based on their experience with this kit compared to all Other kits they have used. You get irritated fixing all the screws and nuts based on instruction manual and finally find out the instructions are wrong. The product quality looks good in picture but when you use it you realise there are bad. I got a few scratches on my hand because of the metal strip.So I had to restrict my younger son to use it. The box which says Brain is actually not a brain. You cannot program it. I did not understand why there was a USB port. I was working on one project and called the customer care for help. They shared with me a video which was not helpful at all. Had to return it. Amazon must check such products which are not safe for children. As a parent I would never recommend this kit for children. May work for secondary or engineering students.

I was looking for a perfect tool which can entertain and help kid learn. Its more than a month and this kit has filled my requirement so far. Not only 8+ kids but the kit can also engage the early teenagers due to its ability to mold in several projects. Can be a perfect toy for your kid.
