Why is there corn syrup in a beef stick? Deceptively not good for keto. No nutritional data either.

Nutritional data is available at Jacklinks.com. My pkg does list nutritional facts on the box, per one serving, total carbs 2g, sugars 1 g, protein 7g. I’m sure it differs for different products. The teriyaki jerky is higher in carbs, sugars for example.

Does this product need to be kept refrigerated?

I don't believe they need to be refrigerated. Mine stayed fresh over the three months it took to finish them. Also I've never seen them refrigerated in a supermarket. I would think being refrigerated might help them last longer.

This package was tasted dry not same as previous one, this pack cheese was different(Jalapeno), and sausage very dry, wonder why?

It usually depends on who is selling it, and who is shipping it. Different sellers have different avenues of acquiring products. Some products may be much older than others, or stored differently, which may result it damage. Possible rare occurrence, one in a million.
