I’m Rice Enzyme Cleanser - Rice Powder Exfoliating Face Wash, 50g

I recently got a sample of a product like this - but from a fancy spa brand. I liked the product and did some research which lead me to this Tonymoly product: a much more affordable version of essentially the same thing. I love this stuff! It's a very effective gentle exfoliator. It foams up very nicely and is a pleasure to use. It really leaves your face feeling silky smooth and ever so lightly polished. I use it about twice a week and have found it to be very cost-effective. The powder is so light it always feels like the bottle is empty but it lasts a long time. You only use a small amount so I think it's pretty cost-effective. This will stick in my routine as a regular product.

I love this facial cleanser! It gets 100/100 on YUKA since it’s made from nontoxic ingredients, which is really hard to find! The bottle is compact bc it holds a flaky substance & takes up way less space in my bathroom cabinet. Mixing is easy with a few drops of water to a dime size amount of cleanser in the palm of your hand. A little goes a long way & although some complain about the size, I think it’s a great! I have rosacea & it doesn’t irritate my skin. Since I began using this product, my rosacea has greatly diminished. My skin also looks & feels smoother after use since it exfoliates dead skin. I’m very happy that it’s not artificially scented either, since “fragrance” is often a manufacturer’s code word for undisclosed, hidden toxins in skin products!

I really like this cleanser. I have had it for about a week and I think I've used it 4 times. I put a small amount into my palm and then a few drops of water to mix it up. I massage it into my face/neck for a minute or so and then rinse. It's a good addition to my routine. It just feels like a deeper cleanse and the enzymes do seem to exfoliate gently. Having had stronger facial peels in the past, you should not expect that type of result or depth of exfoliation from this product. But, for the price, this is worth having in your arsenal. To me, there is absolutely no fragrance. For reference, I am in my late 40's so I have very middle-aged skin. In my opinion, this would be good for most skin types. I use a lot of products each day (morning routine, evening routine) and I am glad I've put this in the mix.

Recommend for gentle cleansing: - Pros: removable cap, making packaging handling easier; no fragrance, reasonable price, non-irritating on sensitive skin, good in the morning or no-makeup days, no redness, tightness, or itchiness, smooths dry skin over time. When paired with monthly at home peels and a daily AHA or BHA serum, skin is smoother. C -Cons: don’t leave the lid open, the powder will clump, (Not really cons, just the reality of needing two types of cleansers) not a makeup dissolving face wash, only effective as an exfoliant cumulatively after several weeks That’s the trade off a gentle exfoliant.) Bottom line: it’s not quite a dupe for Dermalogica’s microexfoliants, but at about 30% lower cost, that’s ok. User tip: for a slightly stronger scrub, use 1-2 drops of water and apply to barely damp skin. Gently scrub with a clean, hot, damp waschloth.

Its a smaller bottle but a little product goes a long way way, I don't notice a heavy fragrance, my skin feels smoother after using this product. Very easy to use, my skin feels moisturized after using. Compared to other high-dollar products this is just as effective and in my price point. I paid around $10,$11 for it and even though the bottle is small I still have a lot left.

Happy to report that this is gentle enough to use on sensitive, rosacea skin without causing a flare up as long as you use light pressure!! No irritating ingredients or smell and very effective for how gentle it is. You also only need the smallest amount so it should last a while.

Liked: I liked this as a cleanser AND an exfoliator. The smell is interesting, I wouldn’t say that I don’t like it but it definitely has a scent. It exfoliates my skin well, and doesn’t react with other things I put on my face after. Didn’t like: it does leave my skin a touch dry the next day even after moisturizing if using as a nightly wash. It’s not terribly drying and maybe you could use it daily if you wanted to but I wouldn’t. Would recommend? I would recommend it if someone wanted to switch to a cleanser/exfoliator combo a few days a week but I wouldn’t recommend it as a daily cleanser because it’s such a great exfoliator. 7/10! :)

I find this product to be just as effective as Dermatologic. I was not expecting it to be as good because of some of the reviews. I love the price, and that it lacks fragrance…true to its claim. I also find its exfoliant factor is just as good because my hands are barely damp. Once the “grit” is gone, I dampen my hands and it turns into a nice foam.

I want to know if everyone received this like with the top 2/3 empty ?? Or is it full all the way? Bcos I think I received less quantity

Bien el producto, pero en el mercado hay mejores enzyme powder. Lo uso, pero no volvería a pedir otra vez.
