LuxorMBS-DR-8S4L Mobile Bin Storage Unit - Double Row with Large and Small Gray Bins

Wow! Exactly what I needed and was really the only item I could find like this. Not super cheap but worth it because it seems like it will last forever. If you need sturdy, this is it. It holds a lot of items and a lot of weight with ease, drawers open and close SO smoothly when full and the whole unit moves SO easily and smoothly even with all the weight. Easy to assemble and looks nice. I love the opaque drawers. I will eventually buy the Luxor single row unit like this too. I feel like this is an investment well worth it. I use it every day and am very satisfied with my purchase.

The bin size is very misleading. The picture in the ad shows an arrow across the bottom of the drawer (12.25") but in actuality it is only 10.75". I communicated with the seller. They agreed to accept the return but only if paid the return cost. They stated the dimensions were correct. I was supposed to have known the photo represented the dimensions at the top (despite shown at bottom)..Seems like they would have shown the arrows at the top if in fact that was the width and length covered by the arrows! So $700 later (I bought 2), it's ridiculous I have to pay for their error and/or misleading advertisement. Other than it not being as they said, it seems to be a rolling cabinet with drawers, as stated. They are heavy, as evidenced by the cost to return.

Bought this for storing my crafts. The size is perfect and holds what I need it to. The top is a great work surface. 5 stars for the bin system and the customer service. When the item arrived, the top part was damaged. The corners were smashed in and made the top unusable for my purpose. I contacted the seller and sent photos of the damage. They were very receptive and rectified the situation immediately.
