TORC T15B Bluetooth Integrated Full Face Motorcycle Helmet With Graphic

This is my 1st product review, I bought this item as a birthday gift. The 1st helmet I received was too small even thought I followed the measuring instructions. Not a big deal I returned the item and ordered the next size up. The next problem I encountered was the charging cable I received was wrong the type. After having to proof they send the wrong cable through photos, they send me the right cable. Then it got worse, I manage to get a test ride with the helmet, but while preparing for the first ride and attempting to get the helmet charge the port fell into the Bluetooth/charging module. This make the Bluetooth capability unusable. I promptly send a tech support request to the manufacturer, which was returned with an automated notice I would be contacted in 1 business day. This never happened. The second attempt to contact them met with the same result. I then researched the internet to see if the Bluetooth/charging module was available from a third-party vendor. Found none in the United States and only available overseas at a substantial cost for the module and shipping. I'm now stuck with a Bluetooth helmet that has no Bluetooth capability. DO NOT BUY this product...…………….

The helmet fits good, doesn't wiggle around when hitting bumpsSun visor is fantastic although almost feels like its going to break when lowering it.The Bluetooth is very nice to have but is not loud enough to hear over 35 mph with volume at 100% on iphone and helmet, but then again the right speaker doesn't work very often either.Helmet whistles above 45 mph, will have to experiment to get this to stop after I get a replacement helmet.Talking to wife on the phone using the Bluetooth there is quite a bit of static on her end she hears, (not driving down the road but sitting 200 feet away from her outside with bike off.Podcasts aren't loud enough to hear/understand above 40 mph, haven't tried music yet, Only taken it on two trips running errands.UPDATE:Asked for exchange because the right speaker did not always workAfter asking for a replacement I was told a new speaker could fix it, after 10 days I followed up and found out they hadn't mailed the speakers yet. I was sent a new speaker after two weeks later to replace myself.This did not fix the issue, after emailing to follow up for next steps I was told to mail the helmet to an address given, at this point I'm ready to just return it or dispute it, sellers are kind of a PITA to work with. I'm asking for a return label or new helmet to be sent with a return label enclosed.After an 800 mile round trip, the speakers are inaudible at highway speeds. Speakers are okay I guess for in town, but that might be fixed if the right speaker worked.Also, emails are coming from MAXHELMETS

The first helmet that came in was defective. The left speaker did not work. Amazon replaced it so that was great. New helmet came in 2 days later. Worked perfectly. Both speakers. Sounds great, loud. Awesome. No issues at all. After wearing about 10 times. Started having problems with the left speaker. Popping, coming in and out. And now at about 15 times wearing the helmet. The left speaker does not work. the right speaker sounds great, good sound quality and is loud. Another issues I’m having is fitment. I always wear a medium so I got a medium with this. At first it fit great. And now. It’s loose. I understand that helmets will break in but this one breaks in a little more than usual. I’d recommend getting a size smaller. It’s almost loosened to the point I won’t wear it for safety reasons. It bobbles around and is all over the place. Kinda big difference from when I first got it. I have a 5 year old helmet that still fits better then this one after only a few times. No problems at all with the visors. The Bluetooth is easy to use and works well. Left speaker and figment are the only issues I’ve had. If I had to choose again After knowing what I know now. I would not buy this helmet.

I couldn't believe the quality of this helmet as compared to the price and what I typically paid in the past. The bluetooth feature is spot on, only over 70mph does the sound suffer and the same for using the phone. Around 75mph it's hard to hear the caller and it's hard for the caller to hear you, but below those speeds it's great. Listening to music, same. The sun visor.....AWESOME...I love this feature, easy to use, and I just can't believe the amount of ease, features and quality in such an economical price range. A lot of helmet, peace of mind, safety, quality, and entertainment for a reasonable price!

I waited a little while before posting a review because my husband wanted to wear the helmet a few times first. Max Helmets has exceptional customer service. The first helmet that arrived had a small issue so I sent it back and they promptly sent us another one. This is our 3rd TORC helmet. I have a TB12 as does my husband, and he got the TB15 for Father's Day. You really can't find a better helmet with Bluetooth already installed for the money. The only thing I don't like is the TB15 and TB12 will not com link together. When I go riding with my husband, he just wears his TB12 and wears his new TB15 for riding solo. Overall, it is a beautiful helmet and he really loves it. If anyone knows how to link up the new Blink Bluetooth with the older ones, please let me know.

Helmet fits nice for having a big head. Orederd an XL. Sharp clean helmet. Looks really nice. The Bluetooth charging port is a bit tricky to find but it’s nice because it’s not in the way. It’s at the back side of the helmet under the padding. I broke the cover off right away but it’s nothung important. Ordered a little bit darker visor but with the drop down inside visor I might not need it. Overall I’m happy with it. Haven’t used the Bluetooth yet but will update later.
