I will say, it's pretty great! Well except for one thing...
Okay, so I was a little skeptical about ordering this battery for my Verizon LG V10, but I will say, for $60 it's well worth it! At first I was worried that the battery wasn't actually truely 9,000 mAh, but that's because my phone couldn't correctly measure the percentage because my guess is the phone wasn't meant to have a battery besides the 3,000 mAh it originally came with. For example, my phone said the Zero Lemon battery had only 10% of battery left. So I switched it out with my fully charged LG OEM battery because I didn't have time to charge my phone. When I switched it back to the Zero Lemon battery, my phone now said it had 44% battery left. So going from 10% to 44% was pretty great since I expected the battery to die soon. I've used it for about 2 and a half days now, and it is finally on its last leg at 5%. With that being said, this 9,000 mAh battery lived up to my expectations! Well except for one aspect...Alright, as every other comment has said, the case is pathetic! It is very flimsy, and I would not feel comfortable dropping my phone for both the phone and 9,000 mAh battery could very easily become damaged. Zero Lemon...you need to improve this for future products! Yes, the battery is amazing, but the case is neither protective or strong, having possible damage to the phone and battery be a huge factor! Also, if you do not like a brick as a phone, I would not suggest this product. I was worried about that while ordering this battery, but it doesn't bug me as much as I thought it would. Yes, it is heavy, and just about doubles the thickness of the V10, but it is well worth it for the amount of power this battery gives you, lasting for roughly 3 days before having to be recharged.Pros:Lots and lots of battery power!Doesn't have to be charged in roughly 3 days.Battery works fine with the phone itself.Cons:Flimsy and weak case will not protect the phone or battery.Battery makes the phone a brick, nearly doubling the thickness of the V10, as well as doubling the weight of the phone.Estimated percentage and battery life cannot be determined on the V10 without having to restart the phone, which only works sometimes.Overall I would say go for it! This battery is well worth the $60 apart from the case provided to hold the battery in place, but that isn't going to stop me from recommending this product, or keep me from loving and being overly excited about this battery! I hope this review helps others make their decisions, but I will strongly recommend it for those who use their phone a lot, sucking the battery life out of it. 4/5 stars!EDIT:I added a screenshot of the V10's battery usage in settings. It seems as time goes on, it is doing a better job at estimating the percentage and time the battery will hold a charge. Still I have to take the battery out and restart it to see the updated percentage because it will still show an under estimate of the amount of battery left to be used.

Excellent, but it can fail you.
Since my purchase about 2 months ago, this ZeroLemon battery and case has been nothing but awesome. I performed the necessary charge for a full 24 hours and the drain/fully charge cycle for the next 5 days. The performance has been outstanding, and I love sticking my tongue out to my Apple-using friends while saying, "I get a day-and-a-half's worth of phone usage on a single charge!"However, 4 days ago, my phone shuts down and restarts in the middle of a text conversation for no reason. Suddenly my phone that was at 85% battery life now displays at 11%. I reluctantly let it recharge until it was fully charged. Since then, the battery life has dwindled drastically. I have only been getting about a day out of it on light usage. I was so excited that my phone would still be alive and kicking even if I forgot my charger on a road trip, spending the night at a friend's house, etc. Now I am unsure if it'll survive even the night. All in all, I can say that I do not regret my decision in this purchase, as, even in its decline in performance, it still is a world of difference from the factory battery. But I cannot say that I am satisfied, since 2 months of excellent battery life is not worth the price of the product. At this point, I am not sure if buying another one would be worth it.TIPS AND ADVICE:--Beyond a shadow of a doubt, definitely follow seller and reviewers' advice- charge your phone as soon as you replace the battery and do not use it for a full 24 hours. Once that is complete, use your phone until it is less than 5%, then charge it fully. Repeat that cycle 5 times to optimize the battery's performance.--Take the case off and clean it every 2 weeks. The case is not rigid against the phone, so dust and debris tend to slip in behind the case.--Use your charging cable and adapter that came with your V10. This is the only way to ensure the proper voltage it needs in order to maximize the battery's potential.--During a casual charge, do not be tricked into thinking the fast-charge capability of the V10 is accurate with the ZeroLemon battery. The first time your phone reaches "100%," it is only at 100% according to the factory 3000 mAh battery that your phone thinks it is still operating with. Let it charge at least another hour or so to achieve maximum capacity for the extended ZeroLemon battery.PROS & CONS:Pros:--Amazing battery life. If all the preparatory steps are followed and you take care of your phone, you can expect 2 full days of light use on a single charge.--Fast-charge still works. Even though the full charge takes 3 times as long as with the factory battery (obviously), it is still record charging time, considering the impressive storage capacity of the ZeroLemon battery.Cons:--As aforementioned, the battery seems to be exhaustible. I cannot manage to get my V10 to crank out nearly as much usage as during the first few weeks of having my ZeroLemon battery. I have tried going over the steps of conditioning the battery again, but it just doesn't seem to work.--Yes, the case is less than stellar. Despite how LG made the phone sturdy even without a case, it needs a helping hand for protection. Avoid dropping it at all costs, since the flimsy plastic material does not provide much shock absorption at all.

Beware additional costs in UK
I've just picked up this item from my local Royal Mail depot where they demanded I pay an additional £17.72, made up of £9.72 Customs charge plus an £8.00 Royal Mail International Handling Fee - beware and expect these extra costs if buying this.I have yet to do anything other than fit the battery, which arrived 86% charged, and note that while the case fits top and bottom snugly the sides simply lie against the side bezels rather than overlapping them, presumably because the side bezels are so narrow.
