Classic Sesame
This toy was only available as a gently used toy. While I was a little nervous to purchase as a gift due to the fact it was not new, it arrived well packed and in good condition. Finding this older toy was a challenge, but am so glad that I did. My granddaughter loves it.

My daughters favorite toy by a mile
My daughters favorite toy by a mile. I love that we have grown with this toy. When she was 6 months, she loved to watch the door pop open and hear the familiar "Rubber ducky" song it would play when we activated it for her. Now she is a year, the buttons, slider and twist action buttons are a great way to practice fine motor skills, and she still loves the songs.

Cute, but loud....
Cute toy... doors pop open so fast & the sound is so loud my daughter was a little scared of it at first and wouldnt go near it.

Good manipulation skills
I brought this for my 18 months old grandaughter. She cannot open the doors with her fingers so she is trying the different options. This arrived in a shoe box without the original package and I am not sure if this is the new purchase I thought I was buying. The toy is not damaged so that is OK.It is difficult to find a good busy box and I hope she spends a lot of time learning new skills

Unhappy!
The toy is very entertaining when it works! No real educational value, but my son loves the characters and the songs. I got it in early May and it no longers sings songs as of June 30th! I paid a lot of money for it and now it doesn't work! Very dissatisfied!

Better off with a traditional version
We received this toy as a gift for my son's first birthday. He doesn't like it. We also have the more traditional version of the pop up toy (5 doors and matching switches/buttons, no electronics) and he loves that one still. The reasons I don't like this one:1. It's loud.2. It doesn't include ways to play with/talk about numbers. The other pop up toy we have has numbers on the doors and under the doors a sticker with the same number of lady bugs on it to count.3. Button/Switches and doors do not have matching colors.4. There are only 4 pop-ups/button motions.5. With the other version of this toy I can ask my son questions like "What sound does the elephant make?", "Which animal is black and white?" and "Which door is the lion behind?" It just seems less educational to learn to identify sesame street character's names and features. (Don't get me wrong I love sesame street, I just don't think this is the right way to extend the theme to a toy.)6. Bottom line - The non-electronic, non-sesame street one is cheaper and has generated way more smiles from my son.

My Kids love it!
My girl had one of these toys many years ago (~2006) and we kept it because we always knew that we wanted another baby. My son was born in August 2010 and we introduced him to this toy when he was about 8 months old. He was also fascinated with it. We purchased a new one because the old one had broken...We paid too much for the new one, but we splurged because this toy is such a favorite in our family!

a great toy and great service
Exactly what I was looking for. My grandson's play group has the toy and I had tried to buy it without success. This vendor had the toy in several versions and conditions; I indicated which I wanted and it arrived promptly, exactly as represented. I couldn't be happier and more importantly my grandson LOVES it
