This headphone and mic set was a great replacement for my old headphone mic set when they fell apart. The cords are a nice length and they fit and feel great, and the sound from the speakers are excellent for me. The microphone is really good, as well - you don’t always get a good mic the functions well on some headsets. This one is really good.

1. mic is left side only, will not rotate to use on right side (this is just an fyi.)2. Head band is average size to small, will not fit comfortably for larger folks.3. Main problem is that the 3.5 mm plug does not fit snuggly in the phone jack. It will work if you hold it tight so that all contacts are made, otherwise you loose connectivity for your call.Update: The new 5 star rating is for the customer support follow up.The 3.5mm plug wont fit with my current phone case, it works fine if the case is not on the phone.Received a follow up email from customer service to inquire about my purchase and they replaced the headset with a different model. The newer model is a much better headset. The size fits me much better, and is very comfortable to wear.

Long cord. Snug fit. Good quality sounds Not completely noise canceling. Background noise can still be heard. Hurts sometimes when I wear reading glasses and these. But I work from home and wear them 8 hrs a day.

I bought this product seeing all the positive ratings and reviews, but I have used it less than 10 times over the past 2 months, and by the 3rd use, one side stopped working. As of today, the audio cuts off on both sides unless I bend the wire at weird angles and hold them like that. Amazon won't refund me because it's been over 30 days, but I'm still upset that it was a complete waste of money and didn't serve my purposes for even 3 uses before failing. I really don't recommend this product.

The media could not be loaded. I needed something simple and inexpensive for my laptop. My primary use is video conference for online classes. I have used them for online gaming. Overall I am pleased with my purchase. This headset is light and comfortable and sound quality is just fine for my use. Mic is clear when communicating with my professors in class.

I bought this to use as a backup headset for when my wireless headset needs to charge. First the single microphone 3.5 mm jack would not fit my cell phone 3.5 mm in the case. The 3.5 mm audio aux cable I use with the same phone case has no problem fitting through the hole but the connector housing on this headset is too big.Second the mic is only available on the left side of the headset and does not flip all the way down to be used in the right side of your head, so if that's your preference, this headset is probably not the one for you.Also, I bought one in "very good condition" and it is was in very good condition so for the $14.95 I wasn't expecting perfection.Lastly, the audii quality was very good for podcasting, after listening to the recorded results. I give it a 3 out of possible 5 stars. 01/26/22

I have been in a call center position for over 9 years, using several different brands of headsets. This EKSA headset is comfortable to wear and sound is excellent; no complaints from customers that they cannot hear me. Happy I made this headset my choice to purchase.

Bought this product just about a year ago. I only used it two or three days a week. It no longer works in stereo with sound only coming out of the right ear.
