I've used these for years. I use Luxilon string and this extends its life by at least double.
I'm a 4.0 USTA rated player. I'd say medium spin. Doesn't seem to affect the spin which surprised me. I've used these for years and they stay put. Some people complaining about losing them may not be installing them correctly. I use Luxilon string and this extends its life by at least double. At $40 in string cost alone (I do my own stringing), this saves much more than it costs. It may increase tension slightly, but I have not been able to detect the difference.

Easy to install and work
I play a lot and had my strings changed with a new stringer. His work left my strings needing to be readjusted after each game. I put a lot of english onto the ball and never had to readjust strings like I had to now. Before getting the new strings yanked out and new ones put in I tried these. They work! Easy to put in. Just wish they came in multiple colors.

I can't say it makes any difference
I'm not a pro, can't say I felt any difference during my game or in aspect of durability of the strings.Maybe for the pro player.

Spend a few $ extra, buy the Babolat Elastocross
I used this and the Babolat Elastocross multiple times over the years. Their feel are actually the same but these are harder to put on and they come off the racquet while playing. If you have a flat stroke, probably not an issue. But if you have a top spin style, don’t buy this. Go for the Babolat.

Tennis string saver
This help save my tennis to last longer, feel more tension, more grip on tennis balls and strings stay in there place, hardly move at all.

String Saver
It worked as advertised.

Gut string saver.
Works as advertised lengthening the life span of gut strings. It does affect the ability to impart spin on the ball as movement of main strings is critical in this regard. Easy installation. Work from the center out so you are sure to have enough string savers to complete a symmetrical pattern in the string bed. No need to use this for synthetic/poly strings.
