First I'd like to say that the quality of this product exceeded my expectations which is obviously a good thing.Note that I rated comfort and pain relief as 4 stars only because I recently purchased the product and do not believe I've been using it long enough to make statements that are truthful in regards to comfort or pain relief.However, one thing that's is important to me personally is that it is really helpful for my posture which is one of the main purposes of me purchasing the product.Another key reason for purchasing is because of suffering from back pain. That being said, as I continue to use it I'd be more than happy to follow up by changing my four stars to five after I've had more time to really experience it's efficacy.As far as comfort is concerned, the wonderful thing is that you only need to wear it 45 minutes per day! While it is a bit awkward at first for the simple fact that I'm just not quite used to it. I don't find it bothersome nor does it seem to be worsening my issues.All in all I do believe it to be 5 star quality. I've purchased many things on Amazon that are mediocre... Truly pleased with my purchase and would definitely purchase other items from this company if the need arises.

I originally got the more basic one by the same brand Caretras. I really loved how it felt, huge help, lots of relief, allowed me to sit up without slumping over so bad and hurting. Unfortunately the Velcro was so weak it started to just pop opened every 5 seconds making it useless. I missed how much it helped that I fastened it with a safety pin a couple times out of desperation. Finally I decided to try this better designed one by the same maker because I was hurting enough that I found myself lying down whenever at home. The reviews about the strong smell are absolutely true. Alot of products off gas at first but this was REALLY knock you out strong. I washed and dried it.. helped alot but smell still lingers. Anyway the relief and ability to sit up and do stuff with my kids was instant and almost made me cry tears of joy. Only day 2 but I love this thing and think it will be a game changer. The Velcro is not only way stronger/better but also second set of straps reinforcing the hold. It will not be popping opened or coming undone. I highly recommend this product for back and shoulder pain, slouching, hump, curvature and support in general.

Thought this would help with keeping my shoulders back and give support to my lower back. Unable to use because the size is not as stated. I would not recommend this product.

I have had shoulder damage since I was a child, and the pain has been intense lately. I already had decent posture prior to buying. I bought this to help with shoulder pain as pressure helps a lot. I have been wearing for a week now, about 3 hours a day and I have noticed a lower level of pain. They do pull on the shoulders, however if worn during daily activities the bands dig into the armpits. I do notice I self correct to stand up more straight, and pull my shoulders back when I am not wearing it, so the training does help. Over all for my intended purpose of buying (pain relief) it has helped.

I gave 3 stars to stay neutral because I didn't get to try it on.It has a very STRONG 100% chemical smell. I washed it in my Washing Machine and now the smell is 95%. I need to return it for another, hoping there's no harsh smell. It is very good quality and made very well.

First of all I am a real person, I found this product on my own and purchased based on other reviews. This posture corrector is AMAZING!!!! I have had others that are good, but this is far superior. Immediately when putting it on I felt pain relief and a good stretch by having the posture corrector holding me in the CORRECT posture rather than slouching, which is now my bodies default. I used the size chart and according to the size chart the Medium fit true to size for me (I am 5ft 3" and weigh 130lbs). I like that the package tells you to start off wearing it only 30 minutes a day and then work up to more time to let your body adjust. I would recommend following these instructions. I think the second best thing about this, besides the fact that it works really well, is the price. For $30 bucks you really can't find a better solution to actually CORRECTING poor posture. Highly recommend!!

Amazon offers a wide array of posture correctors. I looked long and hard to find the best one because I think having a good posture significantly contibutes to both physical attractiveness and good health. As I looked over the many options, I kept returning to the Caretras product. I kept thinking to myself: "This one stands out from the rest because of its high quality appearance and, additionally, because it also features the extra benefit of lumbar support." Because of these factors, the company's well written description and a reasonable price, I surmised: "This one is, indeed, the best one for me. I'm not going to deliberate any further." I have used this product, on a daily basis, for two weeks, during which time I have come to the satisfying conclusion that I made a sound online analysis in narrowing down many options to chose from to the one I finally selected. And, for those of you who are reading this review, I can now, in good conscience, highly recommend this outstanding posture corrector/lumbar support back brace.

I got a postcard offering me a gift card in exchange for a 5-star review, but unfortunately I can't give a 5-star review. I don't know if the product would work for support or pain relief because it just doesn't fit.  The part that should wrap around the waist instead hits me at my rib cage.  It needs to be several inches longer.  And the thing is that I am short (5'1").Since it does seem to fit the models in the pictures, they must either be VERY short-waisted, or maybe there is just no quality control and the one I got is not as long as it ought to be. Actually, as I look further at the size chart, it is quite bizarre and I should have realized that the products would be ill-fitting.  The idea that there is someone out there with a waist size of 23" who only weighs between 30-60 pounds is kind of ridiculous.
