Liquid kelp seaweed and fish emulsion have produced results I've not seen in previous years.
This package contains a very fine powdered kelp. The slightest breeze will blow it around. It seems to be a great product. Normally, I use Blue Planet liquid kelp, but this is less expensive and comes in a much smaller package than a gallon of liquid kelp. Keep an old gallon jug around to help mix and store it.Using kelp, Alaska Fish Emulsion, and Texas Tomato Food was the best thing I did for my vegetable garden. I was slow to stop using chemical fertilizers. My 20" raised bed low dig garden achieved a new level of fertility with readily absorbable and slow-release natural fertilizers. It goes a long way as very little is needed to make 'fertilizer tea'. I pour it at the base of the plants (NOT on leaves or vegetables I am about to pick). Rainwater seems to make the best fertilizer tea. I use it every other week. I like to fertilize just before a soaking rain. If no rain is coming, I water the garden, fertilize, then water again to wash it into the soil. Tap water should sit for a day to evaporate chlorine.I've grown tomatoes and peppers for decades but never experienced the increased growth I now realize with this combination of ocean nutrients. The vegetable and flower gardens are vibrant, colorful, productive, and have a wonderful healthy appearance. My sweet pepper plants had a dramatic increase in size and productivity. In 2023, a group of 4 Carmen pepper plants was over 8 feet tall. The shortest were 5 feet. In '22 the tallest was over 7 feet and full of peppers. I pound 10-foot-tall metal t-posts into the soil for support. I use Espoma Tomato Tone and Black Kow compost when planting seedlings for their long-term quality effects. Two cubic yards of mushroom soil is spread on top of old mulch in autumn, and seeps deeply into the soil. Texas Tomato Food (made by Urban Farm Fertilizers) is a high-quality fertilizer. One gallon makes over 150 gallons of fertilizer. Urban Farm also offers other fantastic fertilizers on Amazon for individual needs: Garden of Eden, Flowers & Blooms, Apples & Oranges, Liquid Lawn, Rose Garden, Trees, Vegetable Garden, and Liquid Turf. Check the 5-star reviews of those who use Alaska Fish emulsion. Teach a child to grow plants and take your garden to a new level with fish emulsion, kelp seaweed, micronized minerals, and your favorite combination of natural fertilizers. People will ask how you did it! Thank you so much for hitting the "helpful" button! My best wishes for your gardening success!

Nature is alpha and omega.
(Only use the concentrate method if you plan on using it fast, it will begin to smell terribly after a week.)All my plants loved this extract. If you want to stretch it a lot more use this formula :Option #1 (Strong) 1. Mix 2 ounces kelp powder with 1 gallon water. 2. Pour 1/4 cup kelp concentrate into 2 gallons water. Apply to transplants to minimize shock, use weekly as foliar spray/fertigation.Using this ratio will make at least 448 gallons total.Option # 2 (Normal strength) 1. Mix 1 ounce kelp powder with 1 gallon water. 2. Dilute 1/4 cup kelp concentrate into 2 gallons water. Apply to transplants to minimize shock, use weekly as foliar spray/fertigation.Using this ratio will make at least 896 gallons total. Slightly more diluted but just as effective. Happy growing!PS Use the following method if you only need a gallon. You can add 1/2 tsp kelp powder per gallon of plant water if you do not want to make a batch of concentrate.

My roses and my lawn love this!
I mix one whole packet of this into 2 gallons of water with a touch of surfactant and use it to foliar feed my roses and my grass (about 400ft2). My rose leaves turn a dark and shiny green and grow like crazy!

Works good for growing peppers
Everything is good except it is ground into a very fine powder, which I am not used to with other products.

Like steroids for plants
I spray this on most of my plants as a foliar feed and my houseplants, garden, greenhouses are all wonderfully overgrown I even add some to my planted snail aquariums and it makes that dirty water even more great for my other plants and keeps the tanks vibrant and lush. I’ve really noticed improvements on stressed plants from shipping like orchid cuttings or improved seed germination. It’s magic.

Great value
I bought this because I’ve been moving to powdered nutrients for some time.A litre of kelp liquid was costing upwards of twenty dollars. This is a much cheaper alternative that is just as effective.Mixes quickly in water and is potassium rich for flower.
