I have the weirdest old hardware on my fence. flat heavy metal drilled into posts. Then two on each side to hold the 2x4 in place. Well anyway these are so much easier and cleaner. I"m slowly replacing the old fence. although wood sure isn't cut like it used to be unless you want to any an arm and a leg for it. Since Ive watched people spend thousands on their fences and the wood shrinks so much im doing whats called feathering my boards. Takes a few more boards but well see. I like to be different. anyway Im on my second 12 pk will need probably a couple more. bought a new rachet set a deep dish 1/2 may be my next purchase, and the wrench. Sooo easy only if your putting up by yourself you have to get creative on things to hold the 2x4x8s on the top rail to be able to put it in.
