Exact OEM Replacement
Our Kenmore 795.73055.410 French door refrigerator with ice and water in the left door was pooling water on the floor to the left side. We wrestled the appliance out from its wall cavity and removed the cover at the back bottom and saw water dripping from the water inlet valve and an overflowing evaporator pan. Looking on-line, we were able to confirm our box was an LG and that part number PS3533117 was the exact OEM component. Research enabled us to see a video which reinforced the ease of swapping out the valve ourselves and confirmed that Amazon offered the valve at one-third the competition's price while providing no-cost two-day shipping to our door. What a great deal! Amazon delivered, as always, and we installed the valve with ease, restoring our fridge to full operation.

Fast shipping. Received next day. I replaced the water inlet valve in my Kenmore refrigerator 2 years ago but noticed the water pressure has slowed alot and then 2 days ago it just quit flowing. Ordered this replacement and swapped it out in 10 minutes. 7 Philips screws ( 6 for back cover, 1 for valve mount) and a crescent wrench for the water line. Walla, great water pressure and flow again. It's common these inlet valves go bad every couple of years especially if you have high water pressure or hard water. I have both but for the price and ease of replacement im not complaining. Recommend replacing charcoal water filter in fridge after install. Definitely beats paying $100 for brand name replacement.

Valve worked great for my Kenmore refrigerator
