Can a lapel mic be used with this?

I just ordered a Hotec lapel mike online at Walmart. Carevas Hotec UHF Wireless Headset Microphone/Lavalier Lapel Mic with Bodypack Transmitter and Mini Rechargeable Receiver 1/4" Output, for Live Performances, Support Phone - $13.25 It should arrive in about a week. It looks like it will work.

I just need a replacement microphone, or two, one of my mics stopped connecting to the speaker, can I just get 1 or two mics

Contact the manufacturer would be the best way to see if mics are available. The other suggestion is to replace the batteries and try to pair the mics to the unit.
