Stelle Audio STPLRGW Bluetooth Audio Pillar (Hi Gloss White)

This speaker was fine for 9 months; then it began to turn off completely after 5 min of deteriorating sound. It is not usable. Stay away from this product.

This speaker has a horrible interface and setup was nearly impossible. My bet is that everyone who reviewed this with five stars works for the company or got it for free. I was do looking forward to it being a great choice and it was a complete waste of money.

First off, I am a "gadget girl" when it comes to wireless computing/communications/entertainment devices, and I have relatively high standards when it comes to audio quality and industrial design.Colleagues and I did a side-by-side comparison of the Stelle Audio Couture Pillar and Ultimate Ears Mini Boom. We used an .mp3 of a well-known The Beatles song served from a Samsung Galaxy S4.Each of us agreed the Stelle Audio Couture Pillar had a rich, authentic sound, and none of us thought the Ultimate Ears Mini Boom was very good.The .mp3 played via the Stelle Audio Couture Pillar had much better sound quality than listening via the Samsung Galaxy S4. One of my colleagues remarked "the Stelle Audio Couture Pillar sounded like a Bose-quality speaker for a quarter the cost".Conversely, the .mp3 on the Samsung Galaxy S4 actually sounded better than on the Ultimate Ears Mini Boom via Bluetooth. I thought the Ultimate Ears Mini Boom sounded tinny.It has touchable attractive design. The Ultimate Ears Mini Boom owner fawned over the Stelle Audio Couture Pillar's cylinder shape. My Stelle Audio Couture Pillar is bronze. Amazingly, it blends well with all sorts of decor. My office has ivory walls with blond wood trim. It looks great there. Took it to entertain a friend recovering in her chintz-print curtained dark-wood home, and it looks great there. Placed it on my glass-top noguchi coffee-table over a dove-grey carpet with sage-green chairs and sofa, and it looks good there.Listening to music has always been pure joy for me. I love listening to music without wearing headphones/earbuds. Additionally, I prefer using a speaker phone to wearing a headset. (Am a bit nervous of having electromagnetic device against side of brain all the time.) The Stelle Audio Couture Pillar is the BEST GIFT I have received in years!

I'm a bit of an audiophile, I own a Rega hifi and have produced studio recordings for the past couple decades. I also have the Logitech Bluetooth Wireless Boombox Speaker and I can say the Pillar blows it away.The bass on the Stelle is awesome and it's very loud. Great for watching laptop movies in bed, also great for backyard parties..yes my neighbors ask me to turn it down after 10pm .. lol.Did I mention it has a sexy British voice confirming your Bluetooth connection? ..awesome. get it now

Garbage company garbage product.

Upon receiving my Stelle' Audio Couture Pillar I couldn't wait to test it out. The results, AMAZING! As an audiophile I have high expectations for products promoting sound quality, the "Pillar" didn't disappoint. The look sleek, the sound, surround and strong with good base note and the treble polite, not too pitchy. Some competitors in this market boast big sound often in the form of too much base and easy set up. You can be the judge in comparison to the "pill" competitor this is easy, uncomplicated and speaks commands to confirm you've completed setup. It took me all of 5mins to get set up and hear the music from my wifi connection whereas the "pill" is still in it's miniature "beats"case! My next trial and use, the "horse" barn where music is used with the discipline of Dressage. I LOVE my Stellé Audio Pillar. Mine is black and sleek and looks fabulous in my living room The sound is absolutely amazing. I have used it both with a cable connection and also using my iPhone radio and my iPpod with the Blue Tooth feature, both work very very well with superb sound. I would definitely recommend the Stellé Audio Pillar to friends and this is a perfect gift, especially for someone who expects the device to enhance their decor.
