Bought this for my daughter for her birthday in February at first thought it was a great headset very comfortable was gonna actually buy another one for myself but after 2 months of just weekend use the mic stopped working plus only playing sound through the right side

I have to say this is by far the most comfortable headset I've owned. No head dent! So far, being a week and a half in, these are wonderful headphones and the mic works great! The on and off switch takes some getting used to if your not used to it but it's a great setup and design all and all. The sound quality is great,especially with the two year Dolby Atmos code they gave with it. **The only downfall I've seen so far is the rubber controller adapter piece for the PS4 controller doesn't quite want to let the aux jack "click" in if you will although it does still work. The Xbox rubber adapter works great on the other hand.

I bought it and it was great for the first month or so. I was using it recently, and all of a sudden it just stopped working. I made sure the volume was turned up. There was no audio nor could my buddies hear me anymore. They said they heard a pop from my mic then silence while I was talking. Like I said, everything else worked great up until then. I’m honestly really upset because it was a great mic. Maybe it was just happened to be faulty for me, but I am disappointed in the quality of it. Take this like I said with a grain of salt. It very well could’ve been my headset itself was faulty and if I were to get the same one, I wouldn’t have any issues. But, I got it 01 Sep and by 15 Oct it just stopped working.
