Great bar, just takes some creative mounting. 3/8 x 1-1/2 bolts, lock washers, fender washers to mount to a 1”x 8” x 4’ piece of wood. Then (6) 3/8 x 2-1/4” lag bolts with washers. All from Hardware store for less than $20.00 sturdy as can be.

Well. This thing is junk and the 3 tiny tac welds that hold the handle on broke off immediately after it was put it up. Im 200 lbs. Buy something solid if you're going to spend this kind of money.

I attempted to use the anchors included to install into wood studs. There are a couple problems. The inside mounting holes are about 16.5" apart, meaning, there is no way to line up on-center with the studs. Secondly, the anchors themselves don't hold particularly well. After a few days, one of the anchors had pull out about 1/8" from the wall. I decided to go to the hardware store and bought some 3.5" lag bolts. Much sturdier installation - I'm surprised that isn't what is included in the box anyway.For the best installation, you may want to add a stringer so that you can get a bolt through all 8 mounting holes. I'm going forward with just the 4 for now.

I bought this model specifically because it is narrower than some others. Quite fiddly to install so you need some decent DIY skills. I bought M6 70mm shield anchors from Screwfix and new washers. Wooden plate at back was useful to get everything aligned and holes marked before putting up on wall. Looks neat once up.

Good quality. Disappointed I didn’t receive any of the nuts and bolts though.

Requested a refund nearly a month ago and shipped it off for refund, the product was faulty as it didnt have specified details attached. There is no way I can contact the supplier which makes this much more difficult to track.
