Tried to get unsweeteend just cherry extract like lemon extract - this is sweetened/syrupy
Tastes good and if you wanna make sweetened cherry drinks this might be for you. I wanted unsweetened cherry seltzer water so this was too sweet for me. It also is blobby so just stirring it casually by hand didn’t break it up. Would be okay in blended drink. I made one today and it was okay in it although maybe a little syrupy tasting.I like this dasani cherry sparkling water and it’s hard to get during covid, but this wont work for making your own.

Not a simple extract
I was expecting a flavoring extract like vanilla. This product is 99% water and alcohol. How does one make baked good or candies with such a wet product? The product does not include instructions on how to use or measure. I went to the manufactures web site for clues on how to use it...nothing! The only thing I can think of is simmering out the water and alcohol in a pan on the stove. But why? How is this ridiculous product used? Does anyone know?
