I ordered this because I was looking at something smaller than my laptop and bigger than my phone for playing D&D.Upon receiving the tablet, it was completely dead and I had to charge it up. Charging took forever, even using a fast charger, it took about 10+ hours to fully charge. That being said, I have had it on for 2 weeks straight and battery life lasts a surprisingly good amount of time.It's slow loading up google chrome and web pages, but not unbearable. It works great for what I was looking for. I tested some other apps on it, mainly streaming apps and it works, however if you use the devices speakers, they aren't anything to write home about. If you have it too loud the quality is pretty poor. But, for me that isn't an issue for that is not the purpose I needed the tablet.If you are looking for something cheaper than top of the line, I would recommend this product. It's not perfect, but it gets the job done.

I had an issue with the tablet only charging up to 27 percent. Customer service sent out a replacement tablet quickly. Very happy with the resolution.

I received my tablet yesterday and had no problem setting it up. I was looking for a tablet to use for libby library app, Facebook. Amazon, and some game apps. It works good for me.

I bought these for my twin granddaughters and they are perfect for them. Tablet even comes with a camera! But do by a case to protect!

this is a alright tablet but I am not a fan. I had a Amazon fire before and I loved it. I will not be buying this kind of tablet again.

I purchase the tablet as a birthday present for myself and it was okay but I immediately upon receiving it realize that when I went to the actual OS settings it did not come with Android 11 as I thought I had purchased. I realized that even though it's sad Android 11 it actually was not it was Android 10 which was kind of disappointing because I was looking forward to starting with Android 11 but when I realized I called Amazon they work with me and they quickly resolved the issue. New line enterIt does come with the ability however to create multiple accounts on one Android system which was a plus and could be useful if you have children or just need a pad to basically have two people share independently it's a good buy. For me though it did not match with the Android operating system and it was kind of weak and structure, if you drop it once it will break. The recommended screen protectors that they have did not work they were too large and they did not fit the case was also a challenge the one that was recommended didn't even come close, too big for the pad.Overall not too bad but some things need to be looked at especially for parents who want to purchase one for their child, the durability factor of it falling ones for me and breaking was not a plus.This did not come with Android 11 as it advertised!!

I haven’t actually tried it yet but I believe it is perfect.
